>Who is /fat/ for?
For Weighty Whirligigs who are working towards a longer life and a better physique through meaningful hard-work, strategy, and dedication. This is not QTDDTOT, stick to questions on fat loss. Post height and weight when asking for advice.
Join our Fatty Contest: https://www.fattycontest.com/

>What do I do first?
1. Read https://physiqonomics.com/fat-loss/
2. Calculate your Body Fat Percentage: https://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy
3. Calculate your TDEE: https://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/
Remember to use bodyfat% and use Katch-McArdle Formula with sedentary settings or your TDEE will be too high.
4. Plan your weight loss: https://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php
5. Track your nutrition with MyFitnessPal (better for packaged food), Cronometer (better for generic food/macros), LoseIt (great for both), or Waistline (FOSS).

>Now what?
Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 0.72g per pound of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.
Read the /fit/ sticky: https://liamrosen.com/fitness.html

>DON'T
Eat refined sugars, they're terrible for you regardless of calories.
Eat processed foods.
Drink your calories (alcohol, soda, Starbucks).
Freak out over a weight loss stall. Plateaus can last up to three weeks.
"Reward" yourself. Cheat days cheat only yourself.

5ft8 167 lbs. I still feel like obese fuck. I'm getting thinner everywhere except my belly. I lift thrice I week.
I wonder how many more lbs I'll need to lose to have 6pack (I train ABS 2x week since like 2 months). My stomach literally holds all my fat.

Not so good, inflammation has been ravaging my insides. Puked everything up last night and debated going to the er but they suck so toughed it out with some more ibuprofen candy. Been bed bound and it's been such a nice weekend weather wise, but I suppose I'm grateful my flareup hapened on a weekend than a work day. Next weekend will hopefully be much better, but I just want my insides to be normal again.
>>
Can someone help me with this? I have a lot of sleep issues but the one thing that has shown to help is high intensity running.

My current split is push-pull-legs-cardio-upper-lower-cardio. I'm thinking of changing it to push-cardio-pull-cardio-legs-cardio-rest. Is this a good split? Will I lose muscle with this split?

Start meal prepping. It makes everything much easier, regardless of what your preferred number of meals is. I only cook once a day after dinner for the day after and only have to count calories once, unless I have fruit or some other snack the next day

there is only one athletic focus /fat/ties need to have: triathlon. Swimming burns calories like nobody’s business and makes you stronger, running gets you those high-end cardio gains, and cycling lets you do a tone of zone 2 work without harming your knees. But /fit/ hates cardio and loves lifting, which (while good) isn’t actually conducive to helping /fat/ties lose weight.
>>
Well, I just ate and drank like shit for two days, so that was great. Back on the horse, I guess. Usually treadmill/vidya for an hour after everyone else goes to bed, so I'll start that up tonight. The usual Monday weigh in should be...disappointing.

I worked a highly stressful job in emergency services that rotated between night shift, afternoon shift and morning shift every week, doing 12 hour shifts, 4 days per week. My sleep pattern was completely fucked which made it hard to be prepared to eat healthy or exercise. The 3 days I had off between swings was spent sleeping to recover or prepare to wake up on time for the shift change, or just trying to relax and recover from the stress of working in my role. I struggled to do anything and going to buy groceries was a struggle. I would often eat take out on my way home at 6 am and sometimes again on the way to work at 6pm. I lived off food court meals, take out, service station and vending machine foods. I would stress eat chocolate to cope with seeing or dealing with fucked up situations.

Down 25kg since left that job nearly 2 years ago.
>>
>>77135388
By using food as a coping method. My brain is addicted to the rush you get from sweets and high calorie foods. Its a form of eating disorder. You dont get huge without having something wrong with you. I would eat until I physically couldnt for every meal. Enormous portions. I didnt stop until I felt sick. I would almost daily eat 3k+ kcal fast food meals with regular meals on top of it. My soda intake could be measured by the liter. Sugar was a huge addiction. On an average day i could hit 5k+ kcals easy. My stomach was distended and my hunger signals were all out of whack, id feel hungry again right after eating. On top of that I worked 2 very sedentary jobs. That's how a lot of people end up fat as shit and now I'm climbing my way back out of the pit I dug. Its taken months of pretty strict dieting but now my hunger cues aren't nearly as bad and im not eating like that anymore
>>

what is the turnover rate in jobs like that? how do they manage to keep a sufficient number of workers?
>>
>>77135388
first of all, do you enjoy food? do you enjoy the feeling of being stuffed?
people that get fat genuinely enjoy/ derive at least some comparable enjoyment from that feeling of a very full stomach, so they just always eat a little too much for years on end, especially when that cheap dopamine rush helps them deal with other things in life.
which part with gaining weight do you struggle with?

Yes, do 30 minutes of full body cardio (aim for zone 2~3) about 4 hours before your bedtime. If that doesn't work increase to 45 minutes. When you get in bed you should feel absolutely thrashed and should pass out quickly.

Just make sure you finish about 4 hours before your bed time, exercise will wake you up and keep you up so don't try to do it immediately before bed. The other thing is just not going hard or long enough, watch your heart rate if you're not in zone 2/3 you're not going hard enough, and if you're not doing at least half an hour you're not going long enough.

how much of a change can I see in my bodyand health in 1 year if im 260 rn, and just go to the gym 3 times a week and focus on eating less than 2000 calories a day? im trying to get healthy before i hit 30 (27 rn) but I dont know if 1 year is actually enough for a decent change or not
>>
>>77136706
1 year is a really long time, even if you dont hit your goal weight you will get really close and it will improve your every day life massively so get working
>>
>>77136702
i eat my food in reverse since my sleeping habits are different. i eat my chicken and potato dinner for breakfast at 5 pm then eat after i get home from the gym at 2 am. i need something else other than eggs, as ive been using eggs and yogurt before bed as my last meal. so i asked for what normal people eat for lunch
>>
>>77136706
if you lose weight at a moderate pace of 1.5 lbs per week, which you would likely accomplish by eating a little under 2000 calories per day with 3 days of gym per week (use the calculator in the op to get a rough idea), you can be ~180 lbs in a year. you can lose up to 2 lbs a week safely if you really feel in a hurry about it. i would think that within two months or so of a consistent exercise routine, you'll feel meaningfully better every day regardless of how much weight you're losing as well. you can definitely turn your health around in a year.
>>
>>77136710
>>77136779
thanks guys, and how important is prioritizing sleep? ill be having to wake up at 6am to go to the gym, but getting into bed at 10pm sounds frankly awful since i dont get home from work until 6pm, id have basically no time for my own hobbies
>>
>>77136813
idk if its the "best" way to go about it, but you can just exercise from home
it doesnt need to be much, just anything will do
for example i started in january, didnt really enjoy working out in the beginning but after a couple times it got fun when i noticed progress
just get like a dumbbell or whatever they are called
i do hammer curls, bicep curls, those dumbbell rows and push-ups
i tried to get into "going to the gym" during covid and i would try to do it during the night but the whole process would just take so fucking long, like 90 to 120 minutes... right now exercising from home i can just do whatever i want whenever i want
>>
>>77136813
If I'm not well enough rested it becomes really easy to slip on my diet.
>>
>>77136706
you can significantly change your body in a year. I went from ~30% body fat with 0 muscle mass to being decently lean at ~15% bodyfat with an acceptable amount of muscle mass for a 1 year lifter. I wish I had known it would be this easy because I would have done it way sooner. Just start. You won't regret it. I now look in the mirror and actually feel happy instead of feeling disgusted and ashamed.

intentionally sabotage the good things in your life so you are never happy. just kidding- get better snacks
>>
>>77137283
come up with a new hobby or alternative dopamine-overloading activity to look forward to instead. chew gum. if you're not the type that can binge eat forever regardless of how full you are, try to eat more filling foods for your main meals so the thought of being overstuffed after eating snacks makes the idea unappealing.
>>
>>77137337
>>77137340
I'm thinking about just getting a lot more daily activity to try and burn it off and try to make sure I'm way too fucking tired to stop into the shore and grab snacks. It's just hard because there's so many corner shops that sell snacks. And I can't really afford snacks in my calories. I can't afford to be baking and making desserts with my calorie budget. I'm pretty short, so unfortunately every 100 calories matters for me.

>>
>>77137384
one thing worth saying is that if you have a legit addictive mindset towards certain junk foods like that, the more you attempt to resist the impulse to buy them and the more you succeed at it, the less you'll even feel the impulse at all. and when you do end up feeling it, you can shoot it down easily. a lot of our bad habits just come down to what our current routines are rather than any truly deeply ingrained part of our nature that would be impossible to escape from. so i would suggest just trying your best to get practice saying no to it, it's the very hardest at the beginning and it only gets easier with time. i say that in part because like you said, if you're short and every 100 calories matters, there's never going to be a time in the future where you can have a habit of eating junk food frequently and also comfortably maintain a healthy weight. counting on being able to do lots of extra exercise to compensate is pretty precarious relative to how life circumstances change over time whereas cultivating willpower relative to this specific temptation is more lasting.

I went from 392lbs to 330lbs before regaining like 20 lbs. I was rejected by a girl (I was told I was 'too nice' which is code for 'youre a disgusting fatass'). I'm fully into joker mode now. Do I write it on my hand to remind myself? I'll feel like shit as soon as I get home from the grocery store and unpack groceries I feel regret and Shame seeing rice, potatoes, leafy greens, root vegetables, lean meat, and... Chips and candy. I go to the store with a specific list, but as soon as I'm in the store its all out the window and I forget I'm even trying to lose weight. The govt office I pay utilities at has a damn candy rack in there... Everywhere are distractions, but I feel like if I write it on myself that's cringe and 14yo pilled

She's thin.

The problem is that she and I have very similar senses of humor and talk really easily. She laughs at my jokes and we hang out at lunch all the time. She would even, at times, ask about if I was seeing anyone or if I like, believed in love.

I....I was hopeful that she looked beyond it. She insists that my weight has nothing to do with why she turned me down. She insists that the problem was with her and her own personal issues. I know its not the case. Either shes lying to me, or, to quote Mr Plinkett, she might not have noticed, but her brain did.

I'm just a fucking retard, at the end of the day. I was content with dying alone because I'm a Kissless 28 year old virgin, I just let myself have hope.

>>77137553
You can't expect people to just look past something that big. You just can't. Personality is nice, but attraction begins with visuals. Most people are visually attracted and then they build a personal connection. I can have a great personal relationship with a woman, but if I'm not attracted to her, then I'm not attracted. You cannot build romantic or sexual chemistry over time. It's there off the rip or it's not, and maybe that opinion would change if you actually got in shape, a shape that wasn't a circle. As it stands now, you really can't blame her. It's not even about how she looks. Plenty of fat women are very open that they're not attracted to fat men, because fat isn't attractive unless you have something seriously wrong with you.
>>

if your experience is that the chips and candy end up in your cart without even having a "should i buy this or not" kind of thought process at all and the conflicted feeling about it strictly comes when you get home, then maybe you do actually need an explicit reminder for a while until you get in the habit of thinking about it. you could think about how long you think it takes you to shop, then when you go to the store, set a reminder on your phone to go off shortly before you check out with something like "check the cart for things that weren't on my list and put them back". if you do have the "should i or shouldn't i" thought as you're picking junk food off the shelf, take the opportunity to just say no to it. in my experience, even if it feels sad to put it back in the moment, you're going to forget you even saw it by the time you get home and then you can just be happy not to have tempting unhealthy stuff in your kitchen. definitely agree that it's awful that unhealthy food pops up in your face everywhere you go, personally i try to use the spite that makes me feel as fuel to not succumb to the forces in the world that want you to buy junk food and be fat lol
>>
>>77137502
depending on where you buy groceries they may have an online order system where you just pick everything up at the front of the store and pay. if this is an option it'll help you get only what you need without being tempted by walking past the candy/chip aisle. might be worth trying.

What would you guys recommend here? I’m apparently eating at maintenance. I’ve found myself slightly above and below the same weight range for the past few months. My two primary issues are not tracking calories strictly and a lack of activity. I don’t lift, but really need to start. I’ve also been yo-yo-ing on nicotine use as well. Would semiglutide like injections though amble be a good solution to help me figure my shit out of is that more a shortcut? There’s more I can try to figure stuff out, a short bought of it might help. Thoughts?
>>
>>77137660
don't think glp-1s are good as a short-term measure, people tend to regain the weight rapidly when they go off them. are you trying to lose a bunch of weight, or just a little, or are you happy where you're maintaining? hard to say if you really have an issue that needs figured out without knowing if you're maintaining at like 180 lbs or 300 lbs.
>>
>>77136633
For lunch this week I'm gonna do roast beef sandwiches. Sourdough, roast beef, provalone, and arugula. Slap some salt/pepper and mayo on it and throw a couple pickles on the side. Takes 5 minutes to prepare and is delicious
For dinner I'm gonna make tacos. Tortillas, chorizo, avocado, tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Arugula too instead of romaine lettuce because I'll never eat it all if I buy both. Throw some siracha on it and that's it. Should take about 15 mins to make, just throw the chorizo on a pan and mix in diced tomatoes towards the end so they soften a little and the juice gets into the chorizo. Put it all on a tortilla and that's it. I'll buy lime juice too to help preserve the avocado and because its essential for tacos

I did make a fantastic chicken bake for dinner this week too, but that's chicken

That is a concern of mine as I’ve seen it happen in real time with my dad. He also didn’t implement any sort of lifestyle change. I’ve got some beef to lose. Sitting around 302 trying to get down to 235. I’ve been fluctuating up, down, and around maintenance which I suspect is in part due to me quitting nicotine at times and regaining, but not 100%. I know the biggest issue is moving my ass to the gym, but otherwise diet doesn’t *seem* terrible.

>>
>>77137685
if you're maintaining at a high bmi then your diet is probably somewhat terrible. you could picking up a lot of calories without realizing it from some specific foods, or eating too large of portions of otherwise reasonably healthy food, or your perspective of what is and isn't a terrible diet could just be off. if your experience counting calories is limited then it's normal to have a poor sense of it to begin with. i'd put my money on that you maintaining a high weight is much more influenced by something awry in your diet than it is influenced by being sedentary - not to discourage you from going to the gym at all but just trying to point out on which side of the equation putting in attention and effort will have a greater effect.
>>
>>77137736
Not at all, I appreciate the point outs as it’s likely something I’m doing wrong. If I had to guess it’s likely portions. Meaning time to break out the food scale and mfp app.

What's the deal with fat people and obsessively drinking water? The term "water weight" is just your glycogen stores. It will naturally go down very quickly with a caloric deficit and some exercise. If you've already been losing weight for a while, it was the rapid 1-3kg that you lost in the first couple of days. Unless you've binged since then, it hasn't come back.
>>
>>77138022
You see a continuous trend of pound dropping, and then randomly gaining a big amount of weight which pisses fatties who is try to lose weight.

Though, it goes back down in 1-3 days, but that shit is still annoying.

I've lost 100 lbs
And the most important thing i learned was portion control. I dont need to eat an entire 3000 calorie meal in one sitting. I dont need 5 McDonald's hamburgers when I get full on 2. I don't need a full slice of pizza, I can cut it in half and give it to someone else.
Ive always loved baking but batches usually end up yielding like 4000 calories worth of baked goods. Now, I just eat 1 and give the rest to my coworkers. They are getting fatter while I get thinner. Its pure bliss.

I'm being genuine here and not trying to come off as psychotic,
I met up with my younger sister who I haven't seen in 3-4 months cause of a family falling out I wasn't a part of causing her to move out. She and I are on good terms and were just at Disney together.

But she got noticeably fatter. I'm not thin either but I would safely say she surpassed my BMI in that time. The kind of fat where you see it on a person's back. I'm not trying to be mean about it at all but she does not look good. I obviously didn't say anything about it to her.

I'm asking here if there is some approach I could take to invite her to join me in exercise/physical activites or otherwise get her to consider weight loss without being overly insulting? I'm 40 minutes away so the notion of coming over to her every day after work to exercise is a lot.

Her biggest problem is snacking. It was even a major point of friction with parents finding wrappers everywhere she was hiding.
>>
>>77139203
By sister, do you mean girlfriend? Because this reads very much like that. If its actually about your sister, just tell her she's gotten fat and to get her ass to the gym. That's what family is for
>>
>>77139203
I find saying "at disney" to be a really trashy and low class thing to say. One should always differentiate between disney land and disney world. They are totally different things on opposite sides of the country.
>>
>>77139216
Do you think I would be on 4chan if i had a girlfriend? If anything, if it WAS about a girlfriend it would be easier to deal with. My family's been split apart enough, I'm just trying not to sour what I have left.

>>77139228
I agree but I figured nobody on 4chan cares. It was Epcot by the way. I was wondering if even going to Disney could be a way to encourage her to exercise since you walk your ass off there. But it's too far for regular visits and even I can only make time about once a month for it.
>>
Been fasting every other day for about a month now and this is the way to do it for me, god damn. Way easier than counting calories, and I can stick to it without cheating way easier since it's binary, but still eat whatever I want as long as I wait. My retarded chud ass can't make deals with myself if it's just eat or dont eat. Lost 17 so far.
>>
>>77139105
adding only 7g of fiber to my 50g of protein shake was enough to completely change my shits from being super hard to nice consistency
>>
>>77139203
my sister did the same shit. like hiding food type shit. due to generalized depression, though
don't be mean and nag her like a woman would do, as >>77139216 suggested. as long as she feels shame about it and has your support, that's enough. she's sad because of the falling out, but you are her brother and it's your job to support her in her time of sad fee-fees. if it gets to be a real problem, you can mention you're concerned for her, but it's gotta be from a place of love because you wanna help
love is unironically the answer to this one
>>
>>77134354
Same for every breakfast:
>2 To-Go Apple Sauce Packets
>Skyr Yogurt
>Coffee with a scoop of Protein Powder and lots of creamer
I shit myself everyday, but it gets me thru to lunch.

Wow! A whole week? Do that 4 times in a row x 3 and you might be able to take a cheat day without completely ruining your progress.

>>
>>77139105
I agree with the other guys, 300g of fibre is completely ridiculous and would actually make you dangerously constipated rather than clearing anything up. I have an uncommonly high fibre diet (a bit over 40g/day), but that's with diverse kinds of fibre and a decent adaptation period.
>>
>>77139321
It's crucial for muscle preservation on a severe deficit. Reduce the volume, try to keep the intensity.
>>
>>77139330

Fast on rest days, omad decent sized meal on lift days ideally an hour or two before working out. That's what I do with a 4 day split. A week not spent working out is a week wasted. Literally only this general out of any thread on this board would consider not lifting an option.
>>
>>77139334
>Reduce the volume, try to keep the intensity.

Can I go from lifting 4x a week to just lifting 2x and still get the beneftis?

Psychologically its really fucking hard for me to keep lifting weights so much without getting stronger. Lifting has always been about getting 1 more rep. And I can't stomach leaving the gym feeling defeated 4x a week for months.
>>
>>77139321
friend of mine whos majored in sport science told me its retarded to try and cut and build muscle, he advised its better to cut then when you reach target weight focus on maingaining.
>>
>>77139344
That's a good idea imo

Project your mind into the future. Your future self is a sick cunt in the making, don't let him down for the sake of temporary glory
>>
>>77139346
Your friend is wrong. If you are untrained you can absolutely gain muscle while losing weight. It only applies to fags who are actually already strong who can't make gains in a deficit.

Its mostly a question of psychology and willpower. If you have already tapped out your willpower just performing the duties of your life under a calorie deficit then I can understand waiting to lift until later. But if you have the spare willpower then start lifting now. You have a world of neurological/CNS/coordination gains to make. Its not all about just building muscle.
>>
>>77139356
personally i believe in making things simple and easy.
>wanna stop being fat? just eat less calories and move more
>wanna build muscle? eat atleast maintenance and lift heavy stuff.
in my mind no reason to complicate things by trying to hit protein goals in a deficit, that would make me miserable, all i would eat is meat with near no rice or taters or shit. fuck that, im not some movie star getting paid millions to recomp. im 8kg off my target weight, then ill start maingaining. nice and simple.
>>
>>77139330
That brioche was 800 calories a slice
>>
>>77139363
200 calories for a 45g slice bitch ass nigga. this isnt goyslop muricca, we have real food that isnt filled with goycalories.
>>
>>77139362
I think there is a thread of logic that says what is REALLY simple is adopting 1 diet that is high in protein and natural and nutritious foods and you generally eat that same diet and only change the portion size of your carbs to cut or bulk. At the end of the day this is going to be more simple if you are in it for the long haul. And later when you are trying to build muscle surely you will wish you had eaten a decent amount of protein to prevent catabolism.

but yeah momentum is also extremely important and if things are going your way I can also understand not changing anything for the time being.
>>
>>77139344
nta but I usually only lift twice a week when I'm cutting. This latest time I've been doing it 3 times, but the middle one is just an accessory day where I'm not doing anything super fatiguing like deadlifts or squats.
My cutting gym routine is basically just:

Day A:
>Bench press 3x5-7
>Weighted chinups 3x5
>Deadlift 1x5

Day B:
>OHP or machine shoulder press 3x8
>Rows 3x8
>Squat 3x5

Plus dumbbell pullovers as a warmup and an accessory or two at the end depending on what I feel like. I tend to focus on lifting when I'm bulking, and running when I'm cutting. I agree that deadlifts can feel pretty abysmal when you're on a steep deficit, but for some reason I find even VO2max running sessions still feel amazing as long as I have enough carbs.

The fact is that once you progress from a beginner to an intermediate lifter you won't keep making progress linearly anyway. I stalled for literal years before suddenly adding like 40kg to my deadlift and 20kg to my squat in a couple of months when I put some effort into bulking. You just need to learn to love the grind and enjoy the gym for the activity itself rather than the progress that you can see. One day you'll reach a lifetime PB and never get there again. That's just part of aging, but if you can stay consistent then you'll still be the fittest 90 year old you've ever seen.
>>
>>77139369
>but yeah momentum is also extremely important and if things are going your way I can also understand not changing anything for the time being.
yep been on a 1kg per week streak, walking really was the key after being stuck in stall after stall after stall. im doing whats working. in about 3 months i should hit my target weight then im gonna start hitting the weights hard.

Unfortunately, what you're describing is binge eating disorder. Hiding evidence, eating copious amounts compulsively as soon as she's alone, because of shame. Eating makes her feel better. It's her coping mechanism. The hard part is how you actually deal with it. As with most things with women, you can't just directly say
>someone's gotten fat lately!
You have to be delicate. It's a lot better to say
>are you okay? How are things going?
But you can't be pushy at all either. If she gets the inkling that you're shaming her, then you're only pushing her further away and she's going to either sink into her hole and go deeper into binge disorder or she's going to swing around wildly and develop anorexia/bulimia and it'll be "all your fault" because you're just another person that told her that she's fat, eats too much, and gave her body image issues. You don't want to do this. Best case is to very subtly plant ideas and resources. Very subtly bring up health, fitness, and different resources for BED. A good example is vidrel. She does a lot of fashion stuff, but she also has very well documented her journey in recovery from BED. She's very transparent that you can recover, you can lose the weight, you can have a healthy relationship with food and with your body and you can become confident again. It would be pretty easy to text
>hey look at all these cool costumes
>this is my favorite costume
>it popped into my algorithm and I thought of you
>you should check out the rest of her page, she does so many of these
and going through her page, your sister is bound to find her talking about binge eating disorder recovery and she'll probably resonate with it. You can't make anybody do anything and if they think you're pushing something onto them, they will usually dig in their heels and resist, especially women. Let her think it's her idea, but be as supportive as absolutely possible. Don't just give advice and solutions, wait for her to ask you.

Yup. Yup... Dude, if I'm being real with you, it's still a challenge for me. I like to hang around and give advice when I feel like it after reaching my goal, but also to keep me in check, because let's be honest, it's ridiculously easy for former fatties to become fatties again. I need to keep myself in check. I need to check in here every once in a while. But, buying smaller clothes was something that I put off until I absolutely couldn't fit clothes anymore. My jeans looked like the most faggot fashion ever, because it was ruffled at the top so I could get them around my waist. Everything was so loose and baggy, I swam in it. It didn't look like a shirt, it looked like a fucking tarp on me. That was the point that I finally decided to get new clothes, and I was only halfway to my goal, even these days when ever I'm buying new clothes, because some article of clothing is worn out where there's a super sale going on. It's still in the back of my mind that I need to be looking for extra big wide double scoop size, often I still grab a size too big for me and depending on the brand, I will actually be shocked with what I'm somehow able to fit into. Now, bear in mind, some of that is just because vanity sizing is constantly getting worse in the United States. Even days I still see a big fat cunt in the mirror, I now fit a US small.

If its just slight then if you keep the weight off and deep moisturize after every shower, you have hope of it shrinking up over the next few years. Don't fall for any magic cream. Any magic treatment. Microneedling devices at home are complete scams, because to get any benefits from microneedling, it has to actually break your skin and you have to bleed, which you're not going to be able to do at home, and if you try and you're successful in puncturing your skin like that, you're almost certainly going to give yourself an infection. If you get it professionally done, you have to be extremely careful that you go to a reputable medical establishment that isn't going to give you a horrific skin infection, and the best results typically last anywhere from six to nine months anyway, is something that you'd have to constantly upkeep for minimal to moderate results at the absolute best, and there's also a chance that you could be a very poor responder and you're just left with worse-looking skin, I don't really see it as a good option. If it is very minimal, then it might be good to talk to a dermatologist and see if you could get Tret prescribed to you, but I'm not sure if it'd be a good idea for such a wide area, and you'd have to really be careful about overdosing and using it properly. Its the wrinke cream that's extra super retinol

One night of eating wild and carefree isn't a crime, and I'm not going to put on 20 pounds. Hell I don't have to stomach size anymore to binge like I used to. But, if I'm not careful, that one night becomes a whole weekend binge. And then it becomes every weekend binge. I've regained the weight before, and this is like my very, very unstructured version of over-eaters anonymous. I'm anonymous, and I'm talking about being a fat ass, and no one's going to sugarcoat it to me here. If I come on here and make an anonymous post saying that I'm ashamed of myself for eating an entire pizza, nobody's going to say "UwU it's okay. Just go with your feelings, it's about learning moderation! Cake at 2pm is OK! Its about his you feel not weight!" They're going to call me a fat piece of shit. They're going to ask me why I'm not going for a run afterwards. They're going to keep me in check, and I also see the constant reminders of anons that fail. Not just regaining weight, but I mean like certain posters in the fatty contest that never make it, they never actually lose weight or more bizarrely, they just gain weight.

My Polar H10 Chest Monitor is set to walking because that's what I mostly do on a daily basis. You're looking up a number from half a year ago when I weighted 117kg. This needs some context. Let's assume my navel measurement was 117cm, I had same lean mass I have right now. That would put me at 34% body fat (40kg) according to navy calculations. My fat oxidation rate would be 2790 which translates to 310g of fat I could lose on that day. I lost much more but given the aggresive deficit I had at the time I can conclude that was most definetly a mix of glycogen and lean mass involved. Even the number is believable if you take the following:
> BMR = 2.1k kcal
> 29k steps taken = 1.4k kcal
> 10h shift = 1¬2k kcal
> Energy spent on keeping body warm in a cold storage warehouse = Let's assume 500 kcal
> Food Thermic Effect = 106–184 kcal
Is my heart monitor 100% accurate? No. There's definetly some 10¬20% margain of error. It's not like we can live in sealed chambers that measure every tiny bit of CO2 we exhale or have nanomachines in our bodies that monitor every tiny thing that is happening.
