Day 2 of the salad diet. Added some cholula to the shredded chicken. It made the salad much more enjoyable. I discovered I don't enjoy chunks of raw red onion. I wonder what the most calories I've ever had in a day was? In my early 30's I remember some real dark days when I had nothing but time and ate away my pain. I still do that but have more things to distract me now. I remember ordering massive pizza delivery, like two extra large pizzas with extra cheese and toppings. Today I had social plans that involved going out to a restaurant. In the past, even when really consistent these days usually end up with me taking the whole day off. Instead today I just ate nothing until around 4 pm, and got a burger and fries. Figured I'd count it around 1600 calories (had a lot of fries) and then ate nothing else until now, just a cup of greek yogurt to mix my creatine in plus a scoop of whey.This ultimately has me still in the ballpark of my 1800 goal depending on what the meal ended up being and I got to enjoy a nice restaurant burger and french fries. Macros are a bit fucked, definitely didnt hit 180g protein but not bad.
