For years I've been doing a pointless e-learning course at work about how to carry things. I work in an office so never pick up anything heavier than a stapler but the concept that you should bend your knees and lift with your legs rather than your back has started making sense since I began squatting weight. My goal is/was to do a single one-armed pushup, either arm. I kinda realized I've been working out for three years+ and I didn't really do pushups prior to, or at least not consistently or part of a routine.I started around November-December using a deck of cards. My maintenance should be within the 3000-3300 range yet I cannot lose weight on 2100 calories a day. Anyone know how someone needs to eat to keep oneself out of Starvation Mode for a few days while keeping up with light exercise.Its the end of the month and due to some intensive spending for family birthdays, I am down to coffee, half a loaf of bread and two jars of sugarless Peanut Butter till I get paid on Monday which isn't great nutrition wise but also I don't want to fuck up and let the calorie hording mode kick in while I'm trying to lose weight

Been up and down in weight like crazy all week despite maintaining my 800 cal deficit, even went to 1000 for a couple days to try and break it. Yesterday i was up almost 3 lbs at weigh in, The only thing I can think I've done different is I managed to get a good deal on some 93% lean ground beef instead of my usual chicken, i don't think that would be enough to cause this much water retention though. Hopefully this coming week will be better with progression. Also pls fix fatty contest.

You obsessing over the number every day is not helping. A small 800 cal deficit each day isn't even a quarter of a pound, I don't know what you're hoping to see on the scale every time. I recommend a larger deficit because whatever tdee you calculated is only an estimate at best, and there is always a large margin of error in calorie counting.

So if your lower body fat rate is almost equal then they are not too bad actually.The again that's not ideal, you should have less upper body fat.
