I weight train know I am not losing muscle due to how I keep lifting heavier stuff over time, but do you guys think I would benefit from eating more protein than 0.72g per pound of goal body weight? So I finally caught the cardio bug and have been able to stick too it fine but what was once easier (weight lifting) seems to have capped itself already. I do the same weights and workout every other day and it isn't pushing my heart much or making me sweat anymore but I'm still hitting my limits. Like if I slap on 10 more lbs on each side I fail at about half as many reps. Also I swear my dumb ass isn't able to do skull crushers because while I do feel the burn from under my elbows partly up to my shoulder I mostly feel pain in my elbow region (bones). I'm trying to keep my arms forward and now bowed when I bring the wights down near my head but I swear that pain has got to be from fucking my form up somehow with it.
