I just took a week off my diet after 3-4 weeks in an aggressive deficit. I had a lot of work stuff going on, ate out for dinner every weekday combined with less exercise than normal. Then I followed that up with a hike and all you can eat sushi with some friends yesterday. Then this morning I weigh myself and I'm down a pound from the week before. Wtf is going on here? I always weigh myself in the morning when I'm a bit dehydrated.The only total pig out was the sushi, but it definitely felt like I was eating in a surplus. Did I just contract my stomach from the deficit and made it feel like I was eating more than I was? Weight does fluctuate, but I think my water weight should've been low at both weighings and glycogen should be higher if anything since I was eating very low carbs in the deficit.
