No guarantee this is the one. There seem to be several "Glorto Universal Graphics Cards" out there varying from $40 for a GT 610 or Radeon HD 5450, to almost $150 for a GT 730. All of them are normal old crapass GPUs being sold for way more than they normally sell for.

Not like the 12900k which had an fmax of 5.3ghz in the earliest samples (firmware blocked to 5.2ghz doe) and changed to 5.2ghz in later ones
