>>107664446arent you a cutienormie headphone amp damping factor and power reserve do not play well with eq
>>107666588>aren't you a cutie:)I tested all of those on my own amp as well, borrowed the 2F for a bit, and only the post 2021 model was consistent with the measurements I've seen. LCD-X was the most inconsistent, by what I could hear it's almost as if the big dip they haven't fixed in that model yet was in a different spot in the frequency response. Weird. It's the first time out of any headphone I've noticed such big FR variations. No other DD, planar or electrostat I've tried differed so much from multiple measurements. DCA stuff usually sounds different depending on how you seat it or if you wear glasses but that's a different thing.
>>107666588Niggas still don't know how abysmal headphone QC is across the board. Maybe except sennheiser... if you buy new pads regularly.>>107666687Don't forget stealth pad revisions.

Reason why I just use the Dekoni ones. Those are even thicker than the pre 2021 earpads.>that graphHoly shit. I don't like Beyer stuff but that must be an absolute nightmare to EQ correctly.

Why is Apple the only company capable of making a laptop worth using?
>>107664235>he doesn't have toilet paperPajeet, we know it's you.
other companies are catching up to apple but EXTREMELY slowly and with random dipsas far as I can tell, other companies get a guy/team in charge that progressively get better at their job over several product releases, but then they leave/get fired and the next product is shit againas the industry standardizes on sockets, protocols and shit, there are fewer unknowns vendors have to work through for a product release and thus overall the laptop quality goes up

Sup dudes. Anyone use ZFS on Arch for an extended time? How has it been regarding kernel updates?I'm looking at getting started on it, but having to rely on an AUR package is ... unnerving I guess? Haven't had great experience with the AUR.Any recommendations?
>Use KDE gayland, everything is slow, low fps, input lag, weird frame pacing that doesnt feel smooth even with a smooth frametime graph in games>Use X11 with Xmonad Tiling window manager, It just werks, everything werks, no latency or input lag>High FPS, gaming just werks and I get 20fps+ more than gayland for some reason and its buttery smooth>Fast with zero bloat, Configure everything to my likingAt this point, I wont even use any desktop environment on linux if it isn't X11. >>107643396KDE-Wayland has a handful of basic fucking usability issues that affect all laptop and Firefox users and show absolutely no sign of ACTUALLY implementing fixes. God knows what they're doing with the funding. They had a funded travel-to-site gaysexathon months ago around touchpad gestures and so far there's sweet shit fuck nothing to show for it. I'm hopeful that their decision to suddenly dump X11 on a certain release rather than "when it's ready" (because X11 is a national socialist display server now, infact we've renamed it to 卐11) will light a fire under their asses. If not, hey, CDE still exists

>>107667100yeah in that case adding all of that won't help much if at allit's just how it is in the poorfag region
>>107665950>This is because those token probabilities are missing from the base data.Did jewgle intentionally remove them before training the model? I wasn't aware they were this faggy.
>>107666887If you are dealing with a smaller local model it's actually better to just write simple paragraphs instead of using brackets, markdown formatting and such.At least this is in my experience but what do I know. Most /aicg/ cards and prompts have been made for paypig models which can probably decipher hieroglyphs at least to a degree..
>>107667145You are correct. Also, smaller models have a lower tolerance for "cognitive load". So giving them a ton of individual parameters, instructions, and conditions will confuse the shit out of the thing.
Merry Christmas /lmg/!I got a new NAS that I've set up s3 storage on. It supports fetching files via an s3-compatible format or direct http gets. Is there any easy way for me to use this as a model source as a replacement for something like huggingface? I use llama cpp. Worst case I can nigger rig something up to pre-download to my inference box, but I'd like to find out if there's a more streamlined approach, like a way to host a proxy layer that provides the hf api so that I can just swap out addresses to make use of the hf support that every application seems to have.I haven't had much luck finding existing projects that fit the bill besides one from minio which seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, but is an enterprise-only offering https://www.min.io/product/aistor/ai-hubAnyone have experience in this area?
