>Without using arithmetic
You give a system that's super-optimized for solving problems using arithmetic a problem that requires arithmetic to understand what's going on, and it get confused as it fights its internal instinct to use arithmetic. This is called a trick question, and humans have the same failure mode.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ironic_process_theory

>perform at the level of an average 10 years old
What percentage of 10 year olds know about prime numbers? I'm guessing the intended answer to the riddle is "The constraints given by Bob can be satisfied by more than one triplet" but whoever wrote the riddle could turn around and say that's not "the most likely explanation".

Anyway, Grok-4-Fast-Reasoning gives an answer which starts "Bob was thinking of 2, 3, and 23." which is arguably a palindrome if ordered "23, 3, 2". The question doesn't say that the triplet has to be sorted in ascending order, so it is under-specified in that sense too.

>Grok-4-Fast-Reasoning gives an answer which starts "Bob was thinking of 2, 3, and 23."
In other words, it failed to follow the instructions but wasn't smart enough to try to pretend otherwise the way ShatGPT did.

What's the correct answer and why should anyone care? If customers were willing to pay extra for a chatbot that can answer trick questions, then chatbot companies would do more fine tuning on that type of training data.

You gotta train lora on dedistilled version, then it wont ruin the quality. But even then you need good dataset.

me too. if it has cute girls (like the jack of all trades, cute girl in the heroes party, roll over) I'm watching them!
>>
>>107849567
>roll over
I enjoyed e1, haven't checked out the other two. Do they look like they're off to a good start? I might wait for some reviews to roll in, I don't want to start too many week one
>>
>>107849581
the other two is of lower quality than roll over. The jack of all is your typical "op" mc story, where others don't recognize his true strength, because he does things differently. Gets banished from the hero's party because he is "too weak", then goes solo. Meets up with the red girls, and they carry the newbies down to the 53rd floor of a dungeon in ep02. The MC here seems more adult than in other isekais. I'll be watching it

The confessed one is again, MC is the OP type, but in service of the demon king. The heroes party comes each day, trying to defeat him, but can't. Dude falls in love with the mage, and decides to not kill the party, just delay them. One day he makes a deal that if they leave the girl to him, he will let the party through. They take that deal, he confesses, the girl rejects (because he is in the service of the demon king), but arrives at the conclusion, that if he stops being a demon lord henchmen, then that could work. So he tries to become a normal adventurer to win the girl over. There is also some power struggle between human nations foreshadowed with the demon king gone.

My ranking would be roll over > jack of all > confessed
+1 for yuusha no kuzu. It's like modern day isekai. You have the yakuza type gangs (demon king and their underlings) and the ones who hunt for them (the heroes).

i didn't mean the c++ implementation, i meant one in c which is only slightly possible with preprocessor abuse. you have to call the macro to create the function and you can use ## to "inject" like this.

>>107849573
this is not what i mean at all. i mean how do u go about making it generic like the stl, which is only possible because of templates.

#define MAKE_ADD_FUNC(type)          \
type add_##type(type a, type b) { \
return a + b; \
}

MAKE_ADD_FUNC(int)
MAKE_ADD_FUNC(double)

>how do u go about making it generic like the stl
It's just memory, the implementation only needs to know the size of each element. Here is the insert method of my array. As you can see, it just copies bytes around, the array assumes it owns the memory you throw at it. You can initialize a struct on the stack and throw a pointer to it to the array_insert or array_push or whatever function and it just works because there is nothing special about memory.
>>
>>107849707
thats a fine solution, but it looks like it would be cumbersome to use. the data's type is not known by the "vector". things like accessing elements would be annoying because you will have to do pointer casts manually, as i would assume it returns a void*.

I have more vram than ram and loading models with mmap enabled causes Windows to shit itself as described in the archived post in >>107849870
>>
>>107849966
But you had enough memory to hold the model in the first place to load it successfully. I keep telling you that doesn't work when you don't have enough system memory to fit the model. Try to load Q8 Nemo onto a 3090 when you only have 8GB of RAM and memory still in use never comes up because it will OOM before reaching that point. We're just going in circles at this point.

I am on Windows. I did not test this on Linux.
The model is larger than the amount of ram I have.
The model is smaller than the amount of vram I have.
