With practice. Learn Haskell or any other pure functional language. It will force you to learn to think more in functional terms, even in your chosen real-world mixed-paradigm languages that us for writing real software.
>>
>>107733006
>Can't do that when I don't know if the function I called just returned a result or an error.
That's what you get with broken languages designed by autists who should've been euthanized as children.

Amazing. Every point that you've made is wrong to some degree. Good job.
>21 seconds in release mode
Most release builds are way slower than this, given the size of his project. Anyway, his game compiles in 2 seconds (not sure what mode though, but assuming debug, this is great).
>NullReferenceException
I'm assuming you mean Seg Faults. That's what they're called. Unless you go the Rust route, you cannot completely get rid of these. Even rust still has them in unsafe blocks.
>No hot reload
I'm assuming you're referring to Zig's watch, or interpreted languages here? You can implement this, but I suppose that's beyond "built-in". Besides, how hard is it to pressing up in your shell to rebuild and run? If you're talking about loading DLLs/shaders, it's capable of doing this (as are most languages).
>Heavily experimental on Linux and Mac
Seethe.
>Breaking backwards compatibility
On a beta language?
>Package managers
This can be implemented as a third party, so it doesn't really matter if he "doesn't believe" in package managers. Package managers aren't really the best thing ever anyway, and usually only add headache compared to just vendoring code altogether. Pros and cons at least.

>game compiled in 21 seconds in release mode
Sounds great! No other low level lang can reach that even with incremental builds unless you sideload most of the logic to runtime scripts.
>the billion dollar mistake
muh billion dollar mistake. Rewriting shit in Rust is a trillion dollar mistake. Use Ada or GTFO.
>no built-in hot reload support
You don't need it. Use a scripting language, gb2java or have fun turning your game into 10 .dlls
>linux and mac support heavily experimental because "only windows matters"
Yes, for games only windows matters. Wine won.
>said multiple times that he is not against breaking backwards compatibility. looking at the python2->python3 transition will show that it's fucking retarded
Breaking backwards compatibility early is a good thing. Nobody misses python2 anymore, even if that wasn't early.
>does not believe in package managers
That's a good thing. Vendor your shit or enjoy wasting your time while cargo-mommy downloads is-true-rs v0.12.6
>does not believe in IDE's and basic features like "go to definition". absolutely hates LSP's.
It's not his job to provide an LSP you monkey retard.

High quality LCDs and OLEDs aren’t made in China because they need a high degree of expertise. They make them in South Korea for a reason.

It's not just "this company" it's their whole supply chain. Everything in the machine is made to very specific specifications and tolerances. Even if you had the plans for the machines you'd need to build yourself a supply chain, each individual supplier has many decades of experience in making the teeny tiny important thing they make.

T.Has worked with one of their suppliers for a very important part.

This does not look promising.

It works better in llama.cpp. Tool calls parse properly but it still not doing them right.
It seems benchmaxxed on claude code. It tried to use claude's tools in zed.
It does not have tokens that represent multiple spaces so indents use a ton of context and often take longer to output than the actual line of code.

Anyone know how to change the Kokoro-FastAPI/Fast Koko default voice in the browser UI to be a mix of two voices? I found the line I have to edit to pick a default, but I can't format it in a way to accept 2 at the same time, even though the webUI let's me "mix" voices like that.

>literally who downloads music?
have you ever been outside of a city? have you ever had to drive more than a short 30 minutes out?
have you lived your entire life in a densely populated area with extremely wide cell coverage?

i download music,
because if i go up the road a little bit i lose signal
because if i drive into town it's a deadzone,
because i don't get service at work,
because it's an average drive of one hour to go anywhere further than foodlion and there's maybe ten collective minutes of service spread across the entire trip
and for that trip, i like to listen to music :3

a friend of mine downloads for a different reason,
>yt-dlp, Spotify and Soundcloud covers everything
he somehow manages to find these obscure artists who's work rarely gets posted to yt and almost never to streaming sites, when they do the title is often a blank character or a string of symbols,

You will never understand how comfy it is to have your own library that you can access from anywhere/any device

All curated and tagged the way you want

>yt-dlp, Spotify and Soundcloud covers everything
Yes, it covers everything for your bitch ass normie taste, get the fuck out of here

Stuff that isn't on Spotify might be on YouTube, but you don't know the source and the bitrate would be crap

Also, if you download manually you can avoid bad remasters or editions

Do I need to keep going, tranny?

it's an 8-bit kind of day

- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (can emulate Switch games without lagging)
- 165hz, 10bit AMOLED display
- 7300 mAh Si-Carbon battery, lasting 2 days minimum, 120.0W fast charge
- 16GB LPDDR5X RAM / 512GB UFS 4.1
- IP69 cert (meaning it survives high temp/pressure water)
- ceramic coating (it never scratches and can actively scratch other things)
- arguably better camera than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (just watch some direct comparisons, do not trust mkbhd)

Literally what do you need more in a phone?

What's worse is they grew up in a time when TV had regulations that attempted to ensure quality and truthfulness in broadcasts, so boomers grew up blindly trusting anything said on TV. They never got the memo that you can spout bullshit on youtube and nobody gives a shit. WHAT ARE THEY? GYPSIES
WHATE ARABS KNOWN FOR? HAREM RAPEBABIES
WHAT ARE JEWS? HAREM RAPEBABIES PRETENDING TO BE WHITE.

>actually, this makes me wonder: why didn't they attack the intel fabs there?
the targets for Iran's missiles are chosen before the conflict. Its always like this Israel blows up something important or assassinates the whole scientist group because muh nukes and Iran threatens plays up some symbol bullshit US "negotiates" and then Iran makes a short show of strength that damages nothing but looks good to retards and gets Israel the justification they need i.e. look at the evil mullahs who are bombing us we need a extra bonus because times are hard. This is no joke they really get a bonus from Intel, Nvdia and co. when bombed was ~3k last time.
Another way you can see it is how Hezbollah went down on the same year Beirut had that massive explosion the Hezbollah leader boasted about blowing up Israel's nitrogen storage since they had scouted with via drones. Coincidence? I think not. There is also evidence that Iran gave the location of the dude as part of some 4d negotiation tactic.
tldr Iran is part of ZOG.
