You are complaining about some useless proprietary malware not installing? If you miss them so much maybe get Hewlett-Packard next time and I will guarantee you can't even uninstall their utilities without extra steps via gpedit policies.
>>
i think im gonna switch to microsoft edge
yeah i know microsoft spyware, but all browsers are spyware and you can turn off most of it
edge seems way better at resource usage than other browsers

It isn’t a bad browser. It’s got the best version of native vertical tabs of any browser I’ve used.
Although I wouldn’t agree that all browsers are spyware. There are plenty of Chromium and Firefox forks that remove telemetry.
They also have liked to remove genuinely good features like the sidebar and collections, so watch out for that.

I've tried it on actual winblows PC and I still can't get it to work for me life of me. Is there no other way? I managed to boot into download mode with adb reboot bootloader but the little text in there says OEM lock is on, even if I disabled it on the settings before. Can I disable that lock on adb somehow? It'd be so much less of a pain in the arse if I could do it all via the terminal, the way god intended.

Horizontal or vertical tab layout?
18 replies and 3 images omitted. Click here to view.
>>
>>107884189
nope, it's not a square or even close to one.>>if you have many tabs you can see more of them in full display.
This is false on all monitors with aspect ratios that aren't 1:0 (or are perfect squares).
>>
>>107884019
Switchable. Horz for when you have a few tabs, vertical for when you have too many.
>>
Vertical is for hoarders and disorganized people who want to think they are organized. It's the same kind of person who has a single large pile of unfiled, unsorted paperwork on his office desk in an "inbox" instead of scattering them all over the desktop.
It's "organization" in the loosest sense of the word.
>>
>>107884019
horizontal is so fucking primitive, I wont even consider them anymore
>>
Vertical, hide tabs
It's been always easier to me to find tabs on a list than to look for them on a string.
I'll never reach to understand people who hate vertical tabs when you can effortlessly and instantly hide and show them, and you can see all of the titles instead of having a compressed mess of favicons (which are going to multiply if you have many tabs on one website, so you can't rely on that anyways).
>But it's designed for tab hoarding
I never open more than 20 tabs, even that amount of tabs is shit on horizontal

That's not always the best one. "All remasters are shit" is also a dumb way to look at things. Example, all the 2016 Van Halen remasters are better than the original CDs going against the usual 80s CDs are better rule.

>>107887692
It's only popular albums that got 300 reissues. Unfortunately sometimes you only get one or two options and they both suck cock in their own special ways. Like a 90s rock album that had mediocre mastering then got brick wall raped in the 2010s. You take your lumps and get the 90s disc.
>>
>>107886927
try talking about the things you download on your trackers :)
>>
We can state the obvious and say that Mr. Bungle probably deserves a better remaster and that we don't need another version of Pet Sounds because it's been done 500 times and we all know which one is the definitive (DCC). But are there thousands of Mr. Bungle fans waiting for the definitive versions of their albums who will run out and buy them on both HDTracks and vinyl? They pump out all this crap to make money, not to make people like me who pirate everything happy.

Most people who decide to use the GPL will simply go for GPL v3 because it's newer. Linus Torvalds has criticized GPLv3 several times, especially about the Tivoization clause, but he doesn't care about freedom so maybe we shouldn't care what he thinks about licenses.

None of us wants devices where we can't install our choice of software on it, so the GPLv3 does actually make sense, though I still have to ask - which of the two licenses are better, and why?

It’s crazy how it will literally be impossible to build a PC in about 12-18 months, and might never be possible again.
whatever PC you have now is probably it.

Unless you feel like spending 200-500% MSRP for RAM and GPUs. And even that option is likely to go away. At some point soon, your “upgrading” options will be a cloud terminal connecting to Sam Altman’s panopticon, or a $300,000 server.

>You literally can't watch anything on youtube anymore without even the humans reading off slop scripts.

yes!! You get 1-2 minutes of something human, then the not-x-y spam for the rest of the video.

I used to have YT on in the background and now I just can't. The worst part was when I looked up videos about "AI Slop in writing" etc, and those videos did the same thing. 1-2 minutes then 10 15 minutes of periodic not-x-y. Seems to be every 50 seconds you'll get a "and it's not that...".

I thought it was just new channels but older ones are doing it as well.
>>
>>107887352
>I listen to them I get like 1 to two minutes into the video and start hearing GPT slop and my immersion is ruined.

>>
>>107888033
>but older ones are doing it as well.
Most channels outsource their editing and writing. It's kind of no brainer cost wise compared to what a video with decent views brings in.
So it makes sense they jumped on AI when they realized they could make even bigger margins. Only problem is, now everyone has the same writer and their writing style is extremely distinct and grating.

I don't know, she shitting herself is the sorta of thing that feels appealing on fetish stories (I jerked a lot too histories that have this element, although it's never the main thing on the history) but as many fetishes, if it happened in and real had to change her diapers might not feel that as appealing and might be like "yeah, lets just change your wet diapers". The main driver of the fetish to me is them acting like a baby, everything else is secondary and if it happens, and it's about reinforcing their status as a baby.

Man, this thread is not even that bad compared to some other on tbe board and it is a covert pedo one

what is the point of fetishes? everything has a reason you know, disgust keeps you safe from bacteria or whatever, lazyness keeps you from expending too much energy
