I was fed up with the recent laggy and bloated windows release so I checked out Mint but it was pretty janky and not a great experience overall, a lot of my programs didn't work on it as wellBut then I got recommended a youtube tutorial on installing an older windows version and it made me wonder if that would be a viable alternative so I read some guides and turns out you can actually still use that version just fine if you install a modern web browser and a firewallI was expecting to have to tinker a bit to get new programs working on it but turns out they just work out of the boxI wish Mint was as pleasant of an experience because I enjoy customizing things and it's kind of known for that, but it really falls flat in comparisonAnyone else here switched to older windows?
Why are Americans ok with Flock cameras recording everything they do 24/7?https://youtu.be/vU1-uiUlHTo
goy country
has anyone ever gotten their hands on a hacked flock account? i think there would be a lot of demand for doxers and people who want to track their enemies.
>>107641932When americans got circumcised at birth, they not only lost a piece of their body... they lost a piece of their soul which prevents them from ever being fully human. Americans are cut off from experiencing the full spectrum of life and humanity by their jewish overlords, and as a result you get some very bizarre, mentally ill, sycophantic behavior coming from americans
>>107641932I dont do things that are illegal or that harm others. I work at a food pantry. My life is an open book. If someone wants to watch footage of me walking down the sidewalk I could care less. What, that'd you'd want to hide from someone, could you possibly be doing on a public sidewalk?

Want to use modern C++ features like Modules? Nuh uh can't include "non-importable headers" from common librariesWhat's "non-importable"? IT'S IMPLEMENTATION DEPENDENT. No one knows.C++ keeps stapling shiny new abstractions onto a language whose foundation is still “whatever your compiler feels like today.” Every new feature “works unless it doesn’t.”It’s not a language design so much as cardboard layer cake. Why don't you use something else? MPI. The alternative would be Fortran.

Why does chudware always fail so hard?
>>107639045Why should it bother you that I don't like you or what you do? if someone comes to me and says he doesn't like Final Fantasy VII (one of my favorite videogames btw) I just ignore him, that's it. Meanwhile if you tell a tranny to fuck off, you get called a chud/nazi/whatever. Every single community and space online gets shitposted with things like this >>107638254, I know it might be hard for you to understand but some people don't like seeing things like it, not because they hate queer people but because 99.99% of the time such comments are unrelated to the topic at hand, or add no value to a conversation. But you can't say that to a trannie because he will throw a trantum. So why can't they just ignore it? there will always be people don't like you or what you do, who cares. Instead you spend all your free time shitposting about it, and yet you call others "obsessed". This childish behaviour is what people hate, not "you" personally, nobody cares about you, but you surely care what others think or say about you.
>>107628795Just because you don't want to get involved with politics doesn't mean politics doesn't want to be involved with you. https://www.thurrott.com/dev/330980/microsoft-to-replace-all-c-c-code-with-rust-by-2030>Our North Star is ‘1 engineer, 1 month, 1 million lines of code.’ To accomplish this previously unimaginable task, we’ve built a powerful code processing infrastructure. Our algorithmic infrastructure creates a scalable graph over source code at scale. Our AI processing infrastructure then enables us to apply AI agents, guided by algorithms, to make code modifications at scale. The core of this infrastructure is already operating at scale on problems such as code understanding.”LOL
>>107641998Sure.Almost all Rust code was written with the c2rust translator. So write in C or C++ (which is a superset of C) a d then dump it to Rust from time to time to look like you’re on-board with that fad.
>>107642029But my hobby is eliminating rust from old equipment I find lying around. I have it ingrained in my body that I should eliminate rust wherever I find it. Why are people seeing a codebase literally called rust and celebrating it instead of seeing it as the blatant malware-laden code it is?
>>107642041Graydon’s elevator was broken, and he got angry and “sensed” that elevator controls were written in C++ and specifically that it was a C++ specific bug that was impossible to fix by any other means than to write a new language. That’s the real origin story. The koran, talmud, and holy bible are more factual, relevant, believable, and self-consistent. Although, unfortunately, only rust followers reach such high levels of fanatical hyper-religious zealotry. It burns out the fuses in their brain.
