I think it could definitely work. Give it a try and see if it sucks or not. I heard about people doing this like 2-3 years ago when the models were notably shittier, so I'd expect it to work really well nowadays, but you can never know for sure until you try it.

Anyone know how to change the cyan color that higlights search in urlbar on Firefox?
Tried the Browser Toolbox and after 1h of trying to select/detect it I failed, and can't find shit about it online.
>>

I think it might be caused by your theme. Does dark/light theme have it as well?

>>
>>107633631
Yea, it's the global 'cyan color' that's in settings/ticks/downloads/bookmarks etc, literally embedded into the browser, however I managed to change all of them except the urlbar one, it's giving me aids

>>107633651
It looks like that for me too in private tab, I tried changing the theme and yeah it does change it but I lose my custom transparency options sadly

ITT we share helpful firefox user_prefs that make it better. I'll start.

user_pref("full-screen-api.transition-duration.enter", "0 0");
user_pref("full-screen-api.transition-duration.leave", "0 0");
user_pref("full-screen-api.warning.timeout", 0);

This removes the annoying banner saying press ESC to exit fullscreen every time you fullscreen a yt video.

user_pref("media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.has-used", true);
user_pref("browser.engagement.downloads-button.has-used", true);

With this in your user.js before you open the browser it won't popup instructions on obvious features. I have a pretty big user.js based on betterfox that disables telemetry and toggles all the settings the way I like them so it's completely configured on install without doing anything, and then I've added a bunch of minor quality of life conveniences like these. Share yours anons.

Can you code something useful for firefox like example
I download ton of porn directly from browser network and sometimes some of downloads fail
Remove from history and delete file is way too close to each other in Firefox download section
How about script that?
But no
Let imagine imaginary problem that i can fix after watching 5 jeet tutorials on how to fuckup user.js by fixing nonissue while real problems are there to stay

I always wondered how you’re even supposed to compare checkpoints. Do you just generate 100 images with one model and then 100 with the other, for the same set of seeds and for the same tags, and then for each pair you compare them and pick your favorite, tallying up the count? Do you test for a wide range of CFGs, or samplers, or steps, to see if either model works better at some specific settings?

And at the end of the day, a lot of this seems very subjective. It’s one thing to test for prompt adherence (and even that is to some extent subjective) but when it comes to “quality” I feel like there’s too much in play to properly compare two sets of pictures.

Is there anything even remotely close to an objective metric here?
>>
>>107633509
Gen some grids, focusing on the parts that are most important to you.
>>
>>107633509
Checkpoint comparisons are subjective and personal, you need to test models yourself with YOUR specific prompts characters then share it and maybe there'll be some anon who's looking for exactly what you did.

I'm having fun using Qwen Image (released in 2025) to generate base images in a generic style and then doing style transfer with Illu/Noob. And Qwen Edit can do awesome stuff through pure prompting that you used to need very manual inpainting/controlnet for (remove speech bubbles, colorize, etc).
>>
>>107633673
How long does it take to gen with Qwen and what is your gpu? If it's like minutes for one pic I'd rather still use CN probably, unless you get great results in like a couple tries max?

Which way western man?

the russians did start it no doubt, but they kind of have to, if Putin lets NATO put anti-nuke bases around his entire border minus China, he loses his M.A.D. status as having to fire nukes into orbit to avoid anti-ICBM sites gives a huge time-advantage to american and euro ICBMs.

He'd have gotten Gaddifi'd within a decade max if he didnt invade Ukies to get more territory and a better angle for his nukes. And then you'd have a Libya 2.0 thats 20x the size, and its sitting right above europe. The refugee floods, the child s*x trafficking, the jewish organ harvesting operations, all the millions of dead whites, it'd be even more horrific than this current globohomo war.

That said, my JGZUI one I used to route some t-tracks into my workbench is quite ok. The shank is just a bit bigger than 6mm, so I have to remove to collar to get it out. Mildly annoying but for 2.something €, I guess that’s ok.

And how do you print a document, it's file > print, correct?

No? Wait, the entire menu at the top of the screen has been removed? Ctrl-p to print?

And then you realize that everything is really /x/. They got rid of the menu at the top of the screen, and they listened to all of the IT phone calls this resulted in, and the elites did all kinds of gambling about these IT phone calls. That's what actually happened.

Windows 11 is like they sat around a table, discussed every single thing that made Windows 7 good, and decided to remove those features. Why? In doing so, it gave them something to gamble about.

The war in Ukraine? Gambling. Gaza? Gambling. Mass shootings? Gambling. Healthcare? Gambling. Shitty software? Gambling.

etc etc etc

Is there a safer embedded programming language than Rust?

We saw the same thing with Crowdstrike.
Surely any objective judging being would have abandoned it after it crashed all your systems.

But nope... nobody did... because the risk of dying is preferable to not having glowfag backdoors.
Surveillance is more important than having software that works.
>>
>>107633468
>Cloudflare crashing the whole internet with Rust code is the system working as intended.
It wasn't Rust code that crashed Cloudflare but their non-rust config generator and non-rust orchestrator. Both did not worked as intended.

>So if you use Rust for embedded, you must have a usecase where you prefer your device to be dead than to risk a sepctre style """ vulnerability""".

yes, because ACKing yourself when an irrelevant part of the config is funky is totally the intended behaviour that everybody would implement.

At least in military terms, it actually is, if there is anything extraordinary that you didn't take into account, it is preferable to kill yourself and everyone relying on you.
It's like the Hannibal Directive in software form. Death is the intentional preferable option.
Reliability and availability are not a metric for those people.
>>
>>107633647
>because ACKing yourself when an irrelevant part of the config is funky is totally the intended behaviour that everybody would implement.
Yes. Nginx also refuses to start if you give it invalid config.

You do not want partial updates to complex systems like this. You want your rollouts to be atomic in context of one instance. You either deploy and update or rollback on failure. Their update did failed(config generator was broken) and the rollback failed as well(orchestrator failed to restore last working version) and this is why Cloudflare had an outage.

Here is a high level review based only on reading the code.

The ratings dictionary is written under a lock but read without a lock, and Dictionary is not thread safe, so concurrent requests can throw
or read corrupted state.
File: Services/APIService.cs.

The media stream URL uses encodeURI even though the path is placed in a query parameter, so filenames containing ?, #, or & can break the
request.
File: wwwroot/code.js.

The UI can get stuck because CloseMediaWindow is blocked while an async action is pending, and MediaLoadEvent might never fire for certain
video failures.

I made a website with some educational tools, like an interactive periodic table and charts with basic formulas for different areas of physics, scientific resources like that, a coin toss simulator and other curiosities. It's public but I did not share it anywhere though, I feel it's not ready for launch yet, so it barely gets any views.

I'm a total amateur, I come from graphic design and learned html/css/js on my own, which was all I really needed. While I started the project for fun, now I think it's genuinely useful for students. I want to know what are the next steps here, perhaps a way to make some money out of it, even if just a little. So far all I have is a donation button just in case, none as of yet. Is ad revenue from regular websites still a thing? Should I make it into a downloadable app instead?

The website is not revolutionary or anything, but the idea is to pack a lot of useful basic level stuff in a nice clean design, not sure if there is space for this or am I wasting my time in a dead project.
