find any char that isnt conformant with expectations, just in an asynchronous manner
so as to make it easier for the cpu to maximize ILP
bc its async hronous with a couple fences (aka plces where computation synchronizes. gpgpu term, but its the best one i know)
>>
>>106524075
what expectations?
>>
>>106524048
>find any char that isnt conformant with expectations, just in an asynchronous manner
it takes chars 8 by 8
it maximizes the throughput up to 64 bit architecture without calling on arch intrinsics
theres alot of thought that wend into it
kinda redundant bc theres an idiomatic way to force the same
its just that i say that in an explicit manner
>>
>>106524109
any pattern of 8 chars
the unit that data gets parsed based on
im drunk, going to sleep
dont expect swift replies
>>
btw
strictly inferior to doing that with avx tier intrinsics
its just that it maximizes bus width based in the architecture
liken portably
and without ifdefs and other, related shit

Why are you guys not moving to something based on Fedora or Arch like all the recent Linux newcomers are? Ubuntu hasn't been a good desktop Linux distro in years. And you're much better off using KDE or even plain GNOME than Cinnamon, as these are the only 2 DEs that are not being worked on by indie hobbyists and are being used by the overwhelming majority of users.
In any case, you could just install Ubuntu Cinnamon edition if you really want the Cinnamon DE. The only thing you'd have to do post-install to make it like Mint is uninstalling snapd and installing flatpak. And the benefit of going with Ubuntu over Mint is that you're not locked into using an LTS release. You can (and should) install 25.04 and get all your driver updates and system updates much faster. As in, every 6 months instead of every 2 years. LTS distros aren't really good outside of servers or a very niche group of people who prefer not getting feature updates.

Junior roles down 23%.
Senior roles up 14%.

Harvard tracked 285,000 firms. The math is brutal:

Before AI: 1 senior + 3 juniors = 4 person team
After AI: 1 senior + Claude = same output

We're creating a generation of experts with no apprentices. Masters with no students. Mentors with no one to mentor.

Who trains the next generation when AI does all the junior work?

But here's what made my stomach drop:

It's not layoffs.

ya I got brutalized by some of the toughest systems courses in the country lol. that's why I'm a millionaire engineer and not a medfag. before the CS major, I was an A/B student. became a B/C one. straight As in public HS (shows potential but not counted I know)

I'd have to repair GPA, especially as a white male.

Anyways, might make more sense for me to just coast in easier jobs rather than do a shit ton of retraining just to start after the peak boomer die off. idk what the medical industry will look like after boomers lose their power

Everybody can train themselves, just join an open source project.

Because what actually happens is that the transform part returns a probability DISTRIBUTION, and then the next token is chosen randomly from that. He just didn’t phrase it very well

After all these years, has there been any alternative to this browser?

I got an Android 14 phone and whenever I swipe images there's a 2 second delay because of a fade animation that doesn't happen in my old phone. Turning off animation scale doesn't fix it either. Then there's the captcha shit that was never fixed.

Caffeine is a pesticide toxin meant to protect it from bugs. It is addictive, it is a stimulant (drug). It creates fake energy by block adenosine in the brain, followed by a crash after not getting your drug.
Caffeine also limits cerebral blood flow to your head by around 27%.
