Uhm you know that annnouncing sage is against the rules, right?

Stop your DistroHopping with Fedora KDE.
Fedora is as Solid as Debian and as Updated as Arch.
Purist Software, Minimal Vanilla Latest Tech Stack , No Bloat 2GB ISO.
Rolling Edge, btrfs, Wayland, Flatpak based, SELinux Secured, No weird bugs as everything is stock barebones.
Corp based, DNF is faster than APT now, No Proprietary Software.
Fedora is free as in OpenSource, not FOSS.
This OS is used by Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Cloud...
No need to install gimmicky Niche OS used by femboys with long socks.
Ubuntu and Mint are piggybacks of Debian.
Fedora is the only Upstream.
You get updates firsthand.
Devs, DevOps, Engineers use it.
Linus Himself uses it.
RHCA is a prominent Linux Cert.
Why not use something Linux Engineers use?

In comparison to other ways to launch Windows Apps in Linux, it's supposed to be the one-stop solution for all non-gaming software.

Their goal is all the same anyway: "Get people away from the Stained Glass towards where the Penguins live.

Have you used it? If so, what's your verdict?

Looking Glass is the best way to achieve this, but you need to have 2 GPUs to run it.

This.
No one cares, we only want things like Office, Power BI, VS and etc to work.
Gaming on Linux is extremely well on games that are not malware-like.

Reminder that SIM card slots are what's keeping phones from being thinner.
Every brand will copy the iphone air's paper thin design now that apple did it first, SIM cards are now a dated technology that will be swiftly removed like 3.5mm headphone jacks and microSD card slots, forcing you to use budget $300 phones forever if you want to keep using your dinosaur standards.

I hope you're not thinking of switching mobile carriers or even roaming with different SIMs either because eSIMs unlock a whole new profit stream for carriers since you now need their permission to connect your device to their networks.

>forcing you to use budget $300 phones forever if you want to keep using your dinosaur standards
That sounds good to me.

When whatever iPhone I had stopped working correctly, and I decided to switch to an Android, I just bought a $150 budget phone. I took the sim from the iPhone (that's how old it was, it still let you use a sim) and put it in the Android one. It worked.
I didn't have to contact anyone for permission. I didn't have to visit a store to get things setup or transferred or have secret codes implanted. Is it possible to move an esim from one phone to another, by yourself, without some company somewhere permitting the process? (honest question, I don't know if that's possible or not) Because if it isn't, I'm not going to use it.
>>
>>106537332
I hate thin phones, it feels like slicing my hand holding one. btw why the tranime pic ?
>>
>>106537714
Waiting for someone to answer this.
Used an eSIM for the first time this year while travelling to Korea. Was pretty neat to have 5GB of data for 10 bucks immediately available from the moment the plane touched the ground.
>>
>>106537332
>Reminder that SIM card slots are what's keeping phones from being thinner
the thickest part of the phone continues to be the camera lens.
>>
>>106537714
>travel to another country where roaming is expensive
>buy SIM at the airport, have local number to call people and receive calls
You can't do this with an eSIM.

Also:
>have old SIM, put it in once a month to check for missed calls and SMS

Same as all the other taxes, really.
Some people pay tens of thousands in taxes every year, others never work in their life and still enjoy the same schools/hospitals/roads/parks/defense/voting rights.

Not only this, but HDDs are actually faster for sequentially reading the huge game data files.

There's no specific driver for different SSD brands.
Probably some confusion, open up the laptop and check the SSD model. You'll need to remove a screw or two.
>>
>>106538125

I'm not doing that. Can't I just compare what driver I have currently installed and check if there's been an update for that driver?

>viewing TV channels on your tablet through some website also counts.
Don't you need an account to access those websites?

Seems to me like they made their system insecure on purpose just to shift the burden of proof onto the public so they can extort money from people who normally wouldn't pay for a TV subscription.
Maybe it made sense when TV was still analogue and broadcast over the air, but modern TV is all digital data streams that's easy to secure.

But it Steve Jobs was living, he wouldn't let this be, no, no

I am a big user of AI but I wouldn't use any work of a living artist as a base for a derivative (I know their art is on the models training, but that's a different issue). I also think that there are a lot of crappy artists today whose art I wouldn't use even if it was free to use for anything.
