>>107598338Man, every year I give Linux desktop another go just to switch back to windows... This time it was fedora KDE - nice, clean, just werks ootb. But here we are, I'm setting up windows again as I'm writing this. This time it really wasn't that bad. I was annoyed that region and language settings are pretty much linked in a stupid way and that there was no way to controll them system wide (probably due to fractured software). Also I'm using a native gesture extension for brave that requires an exe installation - all other gesture extensions are garbage since apparently there is no demand for something like that. I'm sure even these things can be setup with some research and tinkering but most research in Linux leads to some autist giving you a workaround that you didn't ask for. I guess I just got used to how I'm using my PC and can't be bothered with the shit you have to put up with in a free OS. Also, all memes aside, windows11 is not as bad as it used to be. You can uninstall and deactivate almost everything annoying (yes including edge) in the settings and the group policies do the rest. Anything I would miss from Linux is handled nicely by ESL nowadays. Sure, it takes some time but how often do I configure a system from scratch? I guess I'll give it another shot next year... I really want to leave windows behind but for now Linux will stay server only in my house

The game is over, as I am fond of saying. The women won. They are in control of the eugenics program and the multi-trillion-dollar pussy reward system — a highly symbolic fertility ritual. But they are in control of much more than the reproductive apparatus. They control not only the men and government of the United States of America but through the power of pussy and the susceptibility of men and government officials, fiat currency manipulation by the Witches of Fiat Currency at the Federal Reserve System, a large army of simps and "backers" (this is a technically incorrect use of the term) who are fighting to maintain control of the Frankenstein monster they created called Onlyfans (in a war I fear we are going to lose), and even the Republican form of government they created which inevitably—and I would argue by design—fosters centralized female matrilineal control and assures only a handful of "pre-selected" men must be sacralized to control an entire country, they control the entire world.

What's the issue with Rust?So far It has nice modern features like a cleaner syntax, and their memory system seems better than C or C++.Dunno why trannies is a computer science argument, since I don't care about rust developers fetiches.

Been using Chance for a couple days now and like some things about it more than KurobaEx.. If you want to close the post editor you have to swipe in the middle, not at the bottom or else it'll exit the thread.>If you enter the app by clicking on a thread notification, then decide to swipe exit that thread it sends you to the tab "Watched Threads" as opposed to the fucking catalog, and getting from there to the catalog is at least 3 fucking clicks away!!! Your computer will restart and load the OS installer from the USB stick. The BIOS menu is very user-friendly these days. Just navigate around to find the boot settings to adjust the boot order.

Is digital piracy (i.e. the unauthorized copying of digital files and the removal of digital copyright protection systems) morally wrong?
When you can copy/paste a digital asset easily, you realise how obsolete and unnecessary all this DRM/copyright stuff is.But how do the creators get paid? To put in all the effort and have your work copied endlessly... For free? Doubt anyone is that altruistic for long.Best way is to pay them once, and distribute for free forever. But now with AI slop, you can't even do that.Dark days ahead, or a shakeup of epic proportions. Things will get worse before they get better: >You need an NFT to view this material!
