Here they actually encourage you to have brown people do your grocery shopping for you and picking it up. They regularly give steep discounts ($25 off orders of $100, with no fee to pickup) that makes not using pajeet to do your shopping a bad deal. They miss your items and generate tons of customer service issues atleast 30% of the time and I don't fucking know why they want to do this shit to their stores, but here we are.

Because they're slow, unreliable and require staffing anyway to handle errors and age verification and such. Of course, since the idea is to boost the store's profits through firiing people rather than help you, they're also usually woefully understaffed and you stand there waiting for five minutes for the girl to come over and swipe her card or whatever.
>>
>>106516153
It pretty much is here. They keep a few legacy lanes open for the oldies but there's at least 20 of these things in every grocery store here and there's less cashiers every year

I've been interested in cybersecurity for a while.

I'm proficient in basic networking and Linux usage, but I'm not sure how to proceed.

I'm currently progressing through Hack the Box Academy and looking for your suggestions.

Pentesting is dead.
Get A+ certs and join a pajeet SOC company. Where you spend your shifts staying up overnight with your unwashed Jeet coworker who talks loudly on the phone to his relatives and still stinks up the kitchen and bathroom with his curry.
Wait, why can't I work remotely?
It's because king jeet needs to see his slaves.

since windows XP' source code was leaked, is anyone trying to make a modern version of it?

Maintaining a modern OS sounds like an actual nightmare.

It's DOA with all the compatibility shit you gotta deal with now. Back in the day we had service packs and that was all you got for a few years, maybe even 5.

>>106516170
Selling used drives as new.
They reset the SMART data but some software like Seagate's Field Accessible Reliability Metrics (FARM) might report a higher usage (unless the scammers managed to reset that too)
Here is an article in German: https://www.heise.de/news/Gebrauchte-Seagate-Festplatten-als-Neuware-im-Umlauf-10254276.html

>How would one check if the drive their own is one of these counterfeit ones?
Short answer: you can never be 100% sure.
The problem is shops get scammed themselves and don't always know theor drives are counterfeit.
But when you buy from a reputable store and you see any physical wear (like around the screw holes) or the SMART data or other diagnostics are off you should be able to return it.

they're intentionally trying to make it so you can only ever redeem a small amount at a time, which means you have to meet the 10€/10$ shipping threshold, and then it's like a 1€ discount on a 10€ order, which isn't nearly as impressive.
Interestingly 3D printing filament seems to be the one exception, as there's a few listings over 10€ (like 10.40€) which means free shipping (most are 9.99€ for that exact reason). Stacking coins plus shopping credit and maybe a coupon code from late delivery results in >>106507733 , which is a steal for 1kg PLA, even if it's low-tier PLA. Plus PLA filament is a consumable, so it's something you'd do more than once.
