Can Iran successfully cut themselves off from global Internet? How will this work
>>107892568>Like what?Use rib structures well known in the microwave business to make sure there are no detectable sidelobes ouside an upward cone.
>>107883453isnt this insinuating that there'd be less misinfo and more reliable info if Iran's internet wasnt cut?

>>107893163There will be plenty of misinfo, the question is who gets to dish it out. After Maduro got a free ticket to New York, what are the chances that the Iranian rulers changed all their locks?Plot twist: all the new locks were sold by a straw company and made in Tel Aviv!
>>107883453it'll never be perfect, but satellites are the only tricky part. fly helicopters around to locate dishes, give big cash incentives to narcs, and drag people out of their homes and disappear them if they get caught with starlink or anything else.

It's ogre? Can snowflake proxies at least solve the circuit problem? (more than 100k snowflake proxies are active from the browser addon alone)
>>107891137>if you think about what TOR fundamentally isa way for agents operating in hostile countries to exchange encrypted information anonymously online?this would also explain why they made it open source and let the masses use it (adding noise to the network), so in theory, there shouldn't be any backdoors unless they also want to compromise the security of their own field agents
Tor has gone downhill since silk road went down and has been unusable fed shit since the coof you're better off setting up a vps or two and routing couple of proxies through

New to troonix, using linux mint, trying to install mpv since I want to try it out, apparently the package mint uses in its repository is outdated, they reccomend using the helper scripts to build it but I have never done this before and have no idea what im doing or whats going on. running "sudo ./install" ends with "autoreconf: error: automake failed with exit status: 1"is it worth figuring out how to do it the autistic way if the way the want you to install it is poorly documented? do i just use the old version in in the repository?
>>107895085What do you mean outdated? That is the whole point of Mint. Just install the one from the repository and be done with it.
>>107895181it's an older version
