If your installer doesnt look like this, you've failed as a linux distro. I love this installer and distro so much.
This is so easy for beginners. Its literally my go to recommendation for people who are windows 10 refugees.

Anyone know why I can't install https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/wget2 using sudo pacman -S wget2 ?

ChatGPT says I can boot into recovery mode from here.

What I did was
sudo mkdir -p /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d
sudo nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-amdgpu.conf
Then I pasted in
Section "Device"
Identifier "Radeon 9070XT"
Driver "amdgpu"
BusID "PCI:12:0:0"
Option "PrimaryGPU" "yes"
EndSection
>>
>>107834885
That pretty much describes the whole Fedora experience.
>>
Alright I got it in recovery mode there. Now it’s telling me to go to root and run:

rm /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-amdgpu.conf

The edits I did to that file are the source of this issue. Is this the right way to fix it?

Why are redditors so entranced by people like this?
>Dude! he's disheveled because he is so friggin' CRACKED at coding broooooooo! Monk energy broski!
>brooooo look at this shitty game he made! It's akshully super impressive because uhhhh...he's like Terry Davis or something!
Shut the fuck up nigga. Redditors are some of the most surface level shit-eaters in existence. They see some slimy, whole-chungus programmer and think he's some kind of mystic because hollywood capeshit told them people like that are the REAL GENIUSES broooooo! If you think someone like this guy or Luke Smith is even an inkling above average intelligence you are 100% a reddit shit eater

Technology becomes so incredibly cringe when it's use is self-fellating nonsense and show-pony trinkets to show what a special little boy you are. It's called software ENGINEERING not trinket tinkering or show and tell. No one cares about your chopped ps2 looking ahh uncslop

Nvidia's "G-Sync Pulsar" monitor at CES was showing off adaptive brightness & color as if it was a high end feature. So maybe it'll become more mainstream? I agree that's bizarre that it's a standard feature on phones, seen on some laptops & yet absent on desktop monitors.

And while I'm complaining about the lack of feature parity. How is it my laptop can turn on it's display in half a second & yet my desktop monitor takes multiple seconds with a stupid brand splash screen before it'll display anything at power on. I know it's a small thing but the amount of times I've missed a startup message during this time window is galling.

Is that "something" worth all the investment?
The biggest issue I have with AI is that it's expenses are increasingly running away from the revenue being brought in.
Just for AI companies to break even on current and future investments requires the most optimistic outcome.

This isn't just a few million to keep the lights on at a food delivery startup while they gather a base. This is billions and billions, economy disrupting billions.
All this shit needs to be clawed back at some point and I doubt the VC money can flow in forever.
Even now I'm only convinced nothing has happened yet because too many will be hurt when/if it does fail

It's smoke and mirrors and everybody with two brain cells knows it is, but there's nothing else holding the states together. Look behind the curtain and multiple industries are in free fall. Big companies are running out of their pre-tariff back stock and are just coasting until midterms. If the tariffs are upheld buckle up.

I like both for different reasons. 4.7 is smarter and tends to stick to the prompt more closely. Often to an autistic degree which sometimes leads to issues with cards that aren't tightly written. 4.6 feels more flexible and creative out of the box.
But I've had a lot of success with 4.7 here as well after adjusting my older cards to cover for that.

This simple idea of having 2 USB-C ports CANNOT be done because it stops the zoomer from buying wireless ear buds(battery inside will always go to shit and unusable in ~3 years)

and you would be stuck using extremely affordable, high quality audio headphones or in ear buds(that are a bit too green for the planet in 2026)

also the 3.5mm headphone jack looks like a penis that goes inside a hole and basically why aren't you a wireless, constantly charging gay trans in 2026 right now.
