How much local storage is getting to be too much?

I'm at 60TB across 3 drives, none of it backed up. (i'll just redownload if I have to).
>>
>>107713079
>tfw I didn't register an account during what was basically open sign-ups back in the days when I asked what the tracker was about and they replied "movies"
I still don't have an account there by the way, but now because it's impossible to join for actual retards like me.
>>
>>107713131
as much as you are willing to sink into it. if it is becoming a burden just remember that you probably have enough buffer and points at this point to stop permaseeding everything. if you still like growing your seedsize and are playing with arrs and plex then no one is gonna tell you to stop
>>
>>107713398
Animebytes has freeleech on all currently airing shows and 1080p season packs.
BroadcastTheNet has no ratio requirements
BeyondHD I have over 100TB of buffer.

So yeah, I really am not concerned about the buffer at this point.
>>
I checked the links in the OP copypasta but I didn't see the info in them unless I missed it

Is there a guide to torrenting settings to optimize my downloads and uploads?

I notice that even if I set my queue in deluge to 99, messing with max number of connections, upload slots etc in the settings can change how many torrents I seed to and how fast, though I'm not sure which settings results in what kind of changes to my uploads and downloads

If I just want to upload as much as possible to a set of ___ number of torrents, but also prioritize specific torrents over others, what should my settings be?

Elisp is probably my strongest lisp, followed by CL, Clojure, and Racket in that order. Elisp was my gateway to other lisps. Clojure got me curious in the first place, but I never liked the way it felt. CL, although I don't think it's very pretty, feels better during development.

since you have 5 emacs .desktop files, you have 5 emacs icons in your GNOME menu or dash or whatever
the one that you clicked is probably the client version, since they all have the same icons, only their names are different (names are set in

>Song submission rules/guidelines
Upload the file somewhere, preferably in a lossless format, and post the link here. If you want to update your track, make a new post.
Include the song title in the post, and make it clear that your song is a submission for the album.
Optionally you may include cover art for your track, but please confirm that the image in your post is the cover art or it won't be included. You may not use your real artist name.
Songs that contain anything against YouTube's policies won't be uploaded on YT, but will still be added to the album.
By default, tracks will be normalised to -14 LUFS (integrated loudness) in the release. You may specify a lower loudness for your track.
Use of AI is banned. This includes AI generated stems, samples, and effects. "AI" includes all neural network-based models and not hard-coded automation/procedural generation. You are allowed to ask an LLM about music-related questions, but asking it to give you musical ideas (eg. generating a chord progression) is already a no-no.

wdym? 95% of the time you use windows version of games (very few releases have their own linux build) so if you want free shit you grab fitgirl repack or whatever and usually it just werks
as a bonus you can download sus shit like the various zigger repacks and not worry about your os getting pwned because (for now) nobody bothers with trying to break emulator containment on linux to try and steal your crypto or whatever

ideally, wine would translate everything indiscriminately. A legit program, a pirated game, a trojan. I imagine the thing to throw off the malware would be the unfamiliar file hierarchy. So the thing protecting you here is the developers not giving a fuck about targeting wine in case it's actually linux.

Let's talk about Israeli tech and try to keep antisemitism to a minimum. These are techies, like you and I, who are interested in using techology in clever ways. Their faith/ethnicity is irrelevant.

For instance, specifically, the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev attracted my attention a while back as a place where they develop interesting ways to use tech for intelligence gathering purposes. See below:

Gathering data from airgapped PCs:
https://archive.ph/mZetu

Research papers on this guy's profile in particular are very interesting:

He's probably mossad or works closely with them, but he freely shares his findings nevertheless.

i dont think you understand "AI" its not going to be used to make a whole movie in one shot. its going to be used to make certain effects, like deaging a person, or making them sound younger. Or adding weird effects to scenes. We are no where close to making "forest gump" with AI.
>>
>>107707302
you dont need to be that good when everyone is on pills and braindead from staring at screens for 20 years straight

It can't because once AI is able to make one movie like that it will be used to make 100,000,000 movies like that and not enough people will ever watch the same movie for a shared appreciation to develop.

Why are these things still made and used? Most phones don't include a slot for them, and they're the only device small (if modern phones can even be called that) enough to justify using them over a full size card. I know the Switch and Steam Deck use them, but those are also big enough that they surely could've made them with full-size cards in mind

>I just don't feel like trouble shooting for hours
That is only a meme peddled by illiterate Windows users.
>Wasn't a fan of Arch based distros
I would not recommend using a derivative distro that's basically just its base with a DE and some bloatware installed on top; Endeavour and Manjaro are examples of that - CachyOS, likewise, is on the same level as them, except it ships with a dubiously configured kernel too.
>Fedora is okay
Most people jump ship after a few years of using it as the maintainers do not care about their users, and mainly treat it as a platform for beta-testing features before they're upstreamed into RHEL; sooner or later, they're going to force something on you that breaks your workflow - that isn't exactly an issue if you're new to Linux for obvious reasons.
I believe its popularity is because of only two main reasons:
1. Professional Linux sysadmins use it because it is similar enough to the RHEL servers their work with.
2. The lead for ProtonGE made a soft fork of it because he is a Red Hat employee.
