Not the "greatest" but the 750Ti was really unique and awesome for a budget card. They won't ever make something like this anymore.

It was cheap, slim, sipped barely any juice (pulled all its power from the slot). Could even run passively cooled if necessary.
For the time it really packed a punch for that little energy it sipped.
The 750 will always have a place in my heart.

I do. It's called experience and intuition.
I wouldn't prototype my newest game in Rust, but when it comes to writing pretty much any functional software, I rarely have to rewrite anything. The only refactor I do is just clean names up, split functions, move things into modules, etc, all that is easily handled by the IDE.
