Are there any new technologies that aren't just Torment Nexus?

It seems like every "new" product or service coming out is the kind of thing schizos would have ranted about on the street while neurotypicals would dismiss them with a "Yeah, that'd never happen" but now they're here and people apparently want to pay money to have the part of bone removed?

Whenever I use Deepseek, it either:
Ignores my instructions and writes one liners.
Writes a huge essay in thinking mode then runs out of characters before it reaches the post.
(Least common) Follows the instructions but in the most direct and unimaginative way possible, repeating itself a lot and completely losing track of what happened two sentences ago.
How do I fix this? I'm using a 32B distilled version, I have a larger one but it'd be mostly loaded from regular RAM so it'd be slower.

I'm mostly a Schemefag. I recently started playing around with Artanis
https://artanis.dev/
>>
>>106536497
> Features
> GPLv3+ & LGPLv3+
> Very lightweight - easy to hack and learn for newbies.
> Support JSON/CSV/XML/SXML.
> Support for WebSockets.
> Good i18n support.
> A complete web-server implementation, including an error page handler.
> High concurrent async non-blocking server core based on delimited continuations.
> Supported databases (through guile-dbi): MySQL/SQLite/PostgreSQL.
> Nice and easy web cache control.
> Efficient HTML template parsing.
> Efficient static file downloading/uploading
Sounds pretty cool
>>
>>106536497
>>106536737
We talked about Artanis some threads ago. It is used in another Scheme framework I don't remember the name now.

Big search engines like Google and Bing are well known to track searchers activity and sell that data to advertisers — which is why many of us don’t feel comfortable searching freely anymore.
If you’re looking for more private alternatives, here are a few I’ve come across. I’d love to hear what others are using too!

DuckDuckGo – Great for simple, untracked searches
Startpage – Delivers Google results without the profiling
Brave Search – Strong privacy with its own independent index
MyAllSearch – Clean interface with a focus on user privacy
Qwant – GDPR-compliant, with servers based in Europe
Dogpile – A metasearch engine that pulls top results from Bing, Yandex, and more

Please share anymore Iv'e missed, I'm always curious to discover new ones.

>>
>>106530074
https://marginalia-search.com/
>Prioritizes non-commercial content
>Tools for both search and discovery
>No data shared with 3rd parties
>complies with the GDPR
>Custom index and crawler software
>Simple technology, no AI
>AGPL license
Caveat: Not useful as a full-on DDG/Google/etc replacement. Useful for researching topics where you don't need cutting edge up to date info from Reddit and other epic platforms/metaverses.
>>
