Who the fuck said that? It was terrible on release and had tons of bugs. People were rendering at 720p on release because hitting your vram limit crashed the game. All of the scopes rendered at 240p due to a bug. If you moved the camera to just the right angle everything would melt into this weird fractal'd alternate dimension and crash your game.
I haven't seen a single person say it was optimized (real person not a marketing monkey). It's clear this game was never intended to be as popular as it is and they have to rebuild it from scratch to meet expectations, which they never will.

haven't been here in a while. I just found out abot Pax Historia, which is basically an AI simulation of a grand strategy game. It's about as deep as you could expect an LLM to be (i.e. not at all), but I found the concept pretty fun. Unfortunately, it's also slow as shit and wants me to pay them money.
Has anyone made any presets/cards specifically for simulating politics on a national level? I'm ready to take my autism to a new level.
