>Why doesn't Nvidia make CPUs?
if I recall correctly they're going to release arm chips next year.
>If they did would you buy one?
No. Never. One look at what they've done to the gpu market is enough to have me rooting for their demise. AMD is making arm chips as well to compete with them too, soundwave i think is what it's called. If I ever get memed into buying a phone cpu, it'll be from amd.

Asking again because the last thread died.

Is there any portable player that will allow me to connect with a subsonic/navidrome server that doesn't run android? Everything just seems to be either the most barebone OS ever made or just a fucking phone.

Computers used to be great. Even just starting them up used to be an entire event. It was both exciting and calming all at the same time.

Now, modern PCs startup within 10 seconds after which you're constantly bombarded with ads every 30 seconds.

It's acting like gpt 3

Stop being a normie, man up
>>
>>106500946
Definitely. If Gemini 3 fixes the negativity and story advancement issues, it could tip the scale. R2 would only need a little fixing, too.

It seems like a common complaint with some of these other models is spatial awareness. I haven't had major issues with that, but I'm not into giantesses and such.
>>
>>106500973
I'm being serious, ask chatgpt something and it will do the whole "It’s crucial to understand x" thing
Then it forgets everything in the very next prompt

Why is there no program where me and my friend have the same program installed and I type in his IP address and can send infinite amount of files to him directly and encrypted?

Why does everything need to be uploaded to some shit server first? Is there no open protocol like that? No I'm not talking about bittorrent.

>It took me years to realize the "tint" knob wasn't useless.
heh
in my case it was an OSD slider
we didn't have any NTSC channels, but i was fascinated with the fact that if you tune in to certain frequencies of static, the "tint" setting would randomly appear for a split second. i knew it had to do with NTSC, because our previous TV without OSD had an LED indicator panel that would show whether you're watching SECAM, PAL or NTSC and i enjoyed trying to get the mysterious NTSC to light up. for a while, domestic channels would be in SECAM while foreign ones were PAL. the switchover to PAL was kinda cool to witness, not because i could tell the difference, but because the LED indicator could. yes, i was, and still am, somewhat of an aspie.
