Their population's birthrate is below replacement, so the average age is increasing with every passing year, the point of Korean, Chinese, and swarthy immigrants is to make up for the shrinking number of youth in the native population
Sand people have nothing to do with anything, schi/x/oid.

So? Just let the population naturally retract gracefully.

Japan is so peaceful they actually hunto down people uploading spoilers and ban people taking screenshots on their phone from manga apps,

I might have the chance to go live in Japan, but man I cant imagine livng without my god given right to download anime and not give money to crunchyroll
>>
>>106978180
Japan birthrate is actually now stable according to new studies, S Korea and Spain and are actually the worst ones now,
Japan just has a shiton of old people,

the entire world has a inverted pyramid with old people now ruling over 4-5 generations and not letting go of power, Japan will invert this pyramid first than everyone else apparently, as long as they escape the next 10-15 years of western bs, I can see Japan actually giving us the promised cool cyberpunk era

How come they are in an endless loop of fixing and breaking shit?
KDE 5 last minor was perfect, no bugs, smooth, fast
KDE 6 was completely broken
The last KDE update was also smooth and good enough
The latest one is full of BUGS AGAIN, why do we have to wait for 15 patch updates to have a stable desktop again just for it to go downhill the next minor?

mainstream support ended a year ago, so strictly security updates forward. yet no issues and i use this as a desktop doing anything you can imagine including some multiplayer games with anticheats

i'll switch over to 2022 when i make a whole new build, this just works so well and i have everything set up just how i like it. heard 2022 has been somewhat flimsy in regards to its updates so its best to wait until it leaves mainstream support

Gnome is equally retarded, just in the opposite direction.
Here's one for you - If an application wants to open a terminal, like for managing a wine prefix in Lutris, Gnome only accepts a HARDCODED predefined list of terminal apps that can be called. Only way to load up a different terminal with error is to fucking symlink and spoof the one you want to use as one of the 'approved' ones.
There's pushing 'usecases', and then there's refusing to comprehend the Halting Problem and that you can't predict every legitimate use case. At least KDE gives you configurability to work around things easily.
>>
>>106978052
>predefined list of terminal apps that can be called.
yes, GNOME is designed to be predictable, that is why is more stable.
>>
>>106978217
Design intent and actual execution are two very different things unfortunately

Arch isn't exactly harder to install than CachyOS or any other derivatives. It just has a more hostile installer UI.
>>

>Naturally I have no idea what the error even means.
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/sys/block//dev/nvme0n1/diskseq'

That's the meat of it. Looks like a bug in their installer:

Bumping this Q

Why have small tablets basically died out? 12 years ago we had stuff like the Nexus 7 and it was great.
Nowadays only Apple makes a decently usable small (8 inches or below) tablet, all Android ones have terrible displays and weak specs in general.

They peaked with the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0" in 2015.
>crisp 320ppi AMOLED HD display
>3GB RAM, which is still usable with most apps if you aren't into gaming (I recommend flashing LineageOS and buying the SM-T810 model)
>lightweight and thin, but has a battery that can be replaced fairly easily and cheap on eBay
>and speaking of cheap, you can buy one of these for 30-50 bucks used
I mean, if you're looking for something that can handle more graphically-intense apps or games, I wouldn't recommend this tablet. I don't know how well a 2015-era Snapdragon would handle with those.
But, if you're into using this for media like watching youtube, reading books, or web browsing, it's buttery smooth.
I've suggested this tablet for those who just want to use it for basic things and not spend so much, and it's OLED. (most small tablets today are LCD)

Nowadays phones are as big as that.

They weren't popular.
Companies tried to market them, hence the extra publicity and media presence, but ultimately failed and they basically disappeared.

if you cut off your legs in order to justify using a wheelchair, you've effectively crippled yourself for no valid reason.
they didn't need to cripple themselves by becoming dependent on architecture that they needn't be, but being the retarded geniuses, they did.
part of the standard of ye' olde linux was in making the adopted medium to change in order to be assymilated, but instead nulinux is the one that changed, becoming an abomination.

i will never forgive ubuntu and all the other shitty distros for adopting bad coding and architecture engineering designs, just to appease the tranny coders.

My current Emacs config was made using the https://emacs.amodernist.com/ website. I mean, it works okay, but it feels boring and bland.
What packages or configurations you guys use? I don't care about bloat, my computer can handle even shit like JetBrains with ease, some packages for Emacs won't be a problem.

Prices have already risen and they do not drop any more. As you can see year long waits are expected for 30TB+ HDDs.

The same applies to RAM and SSDs too, OpenAI plans to buy 40% of all NAND in the world next year, going directly to SK Hynix and Samsung, purchasing the wafers themselves before they are even turned into chips, other AI companies will snap up the rest, there will be nothing left for end users.

OpenAI's Stargate project has a $500 Billion budget and they plan to spend all of it.
