Name 3 things they innovated in the past 10 years. I'm talking about actual innovations, not just remixing things Europeans already had a hundred years ago.

READ THE (temp)WIKI! & help by contributing:
https://igwiki.lyci.de/wiki/Home_server

/hsg/ is about learning and expanding your horizons. Know all about NAS? Learn virtualization. Spun up some VMs? Learn about networking by standing up a OPNsense/PFsense box and configuring some VLANs. There's always more to learn and chances to grow. Think you’re god-tier already? Setup OpenStack and report back.

>What software should I run?
Install Gentoo. Or whatever flavor of *nix is best for the job or most comfy for you. Jellyfin/Emby/Plex to replace Netflix, Nextcloud to replace Googlel, Ampache/Navidrome to replace Spotify, the list goes on. Look at the awesome self-hosted list and ask.

>Why should I have a home server?
De-botnet your life. Learn something new. Serving applications to yourself, your family, and your frens feels good. Put your tech skills to good use for yourself and those close to you. Store their data with proper availability redundancy and backups and serve it back to them with a /comfy/ easy to use interface.

I'm literally that poster but yes atleast for Google. It's majority HDDs and all the HDDs are sata.
When I was there the last time I checked the "d" console (the lower level cluster drive/volume management built under Colossus) There was about 700 exabytes of raw HDD storage and 10 exabytes of SSD globally.

HDDs are typical white label seagtes/WDs/Toshibas. 20TB+ are HSMR but nothing inherently special, all drives are self encrypting.
SSDs are mostly tied up in their own proprietary formats pic related, Majority are OEM'd by Kingston. One neat thing is that they can swap NAND at the manufacturing stage and take advantage of what's cheap.

More recent platforms use 2.5in U.2 drives so proprietary Google SSDs are are there way out but they'll still try to use them for 10 years like they do with all their hardware.

So Copperhead was basically set up as an LLC. Daniel Micay was the lead dev, James Donaldson was the CEO. James started doing some shady deals, Daniel sperged out and revoked all the keys, killing the original project. He then started Graphene. Daniel is a massive sperg and a drama queen, but up to this point there are no reasons to question his integrity.

Very good question anon I'll have to think about this for a bit. Maybe before the clothes materializing system gets invented, you could pay a bunch of people to walk around with clothes and put them on nude people. That way you also create lots of jobs.

You didn't understand what I was trying to say but ZiT has terrible character consistency across different seeds, making it impossible to do multi panel comics or maintain the same character appearance even when you keep the same character tags in your prompt.
>>
>>107591141
In SDXL anime finetunes I can change prompt order, tag composition, basically everything but if I leave '1girl, waifu, series' the character will always be the same in every seed. Doesn't matter what comes before or after those tags. SDXL knows what to do.

I'm using Chance now and I love how there's a "Save as" option. Now I can rename the files more easily than having to look through KX's settings.

It isn't as bad as ni/g/gers say. Perhaps the default theme isn't the sexiest but there are options. Just toggle from Android -> iOS and various elements will have a slight border radius which makes it look better. But AFAI can tell there aren't any premade themes? You have to go in and change the colors manually?

I just wish I could swipe more slowly to close the image, right now you have to swipe quickly for it to close, whereas I want to drag it more slowly like you could with kurobaex (which then prompts you with the "Close"). I'm no thieving swiper so I can't really do that

In idiomatic Rust this is just
fn solve(input: &str) -> [u64; 2] {
let [width, mut right] = array::repeat(input.find('\n').unwrap());
let height = input.len() / (width + 1);
let get = |x, y| char::from(input.as_bytes()[y * (width + 1) + x]);
let num = |acc, x, y| get(x, y).to_digit(10).map_or(acc, |d| acc * 10 + u64::from(d));
(0..width).rev().filter(|&x| get(x, height - 1) != ' ').fold([0; 2], |[a, b], left| {
let op = get(left, height - 1) as u8 & 1;
let (op, init) = ([Mul::mul, Add::add][usize::from(op)], 1 - u64::from(op));
let rows = (0..height - 1).map(move |y| (left..right).fold(0, |acc, x| num(acc, x, y)));
let cols = (left..right).map(|x| (0..height - 1).fold(0, |acc, y| num(acc, x, y)));

I just don't like people, least of all, autists. I tend to get obsessed only about very small specific parts of any given subject, so I find it near-impossible to get anyone to engage with my thoughts.
>>
>>107589493
Another reason why I think people often don't engage with my thoughts, is because they're usually quite fleshed-out and there's not much to add to the discussion, even if they're interested in the subject matter. Half the time I'm sure they're just put off by my ego.
