You can always tape it to somewhere if you have tape strong enough. Acrilic tape is pretty strong. All of my cables under the table actually drilled into the table itself via velcro ties. Also I have several cardboard boxes with power outlets extensions and other unsightly stuff.

I switched fully to C# + AOT

Yes you can just wipe the 11 install with diskpart within the 10 install USB and put 10 on it. I do hear that NVIDIA doesn't release its latest drivers for 10 anymore so be careful for that, you should use NVCleanstall to get a driver that will work properly.
