oh btw don't use the new kernels, oh and if your laptop has an IGPU and a DGPU (90% of laptops), they're probably going to be too old for linux support :)

Why are Linuxfags such filthy liars? Yeah I love setting up a command first hand for everything I launch because A: Linux doesn't support the BIOS firmware and B: Igpu might shit itself from just opening up a youtube video because its too retarded to understand the concept of igpus and dgpus like windows does.

Linux is dogshit for most older laptops. You're better off just unhooking it from the internet and installing XP or windows 7

Duckduckgo is a fine alternative to google.

I have not used google for the last 6 years or so. During this time Ive mostly used duckduckgo. Sometimes tried qwant, swisscows, brave, searx.

Qwant is fine, but I dislike the UI and recently it started blocking my computer or network or something. It is not customizable through GET parameters (for if you use private mode) for saving settings.

Swisscows was slow, and recently I think they switched to a pay to use model.

Brave does have fine search results but I hate the UI and the AI summary. It does not support GET parameters.

searx is very customizable and supports GET parameters. I dont use it is because it can be very slow.

Then comes duckduckgo.

Reading Vulkan documentation is like reading legal documents, except on top of that it has 500 caveats and special rules because these autists don't want to drop compatibility with some fat retard on a specific Linux distro with a GPU from 2014.

Just do things with Vulkan and ask the AI to help you along, things aren't anywhere near as complex as the documentation makes it seem.

Browsers. Firefox is okay, but its recent decisions make me want to switch. I use Linux, which gives me a bit more variety. I tried to use a terminal-based web browser as my main browser, but it won't work for everything.

I am considering switching to Brave, but I am not so sure about that.

Does any anon know some good browsers?
