fair enough, I also agree that anything injected with politics is bad, it often undermines that very project. But them (feds) will try to inject anything with politics to shape their narrative, so one simply needs to navigate around it.
> If rust is the answer...
perfect language does not exists, as that the standard of what "perfect" is changes over time, but I think rust is close to one. And I do agree, if rust is the answer, it should not be jammed down everyone's throat. And the usage of C in most programs is obvious, its a "just works" language that is very pragmatic, plus everything is written in C, and if you spent years mastering it, it doesnt make much sense to change, just write better code. But again, for new projects written by new developer that still hasnt settled into any language, it seems better to use rust instead, and learn C for learning purposes.

and this is my personal view, I think the "tranny" pushing rust around is just sperging over it, as tech attracts autists/nerds, by the nature of the field. Some do, and indeed, try to inject politics, regardless of sides, but I think its not the majority.
>>
>>106464806

Honestly they're a bit of a joke. Gang of pretentious fart sniffing autists that took 25 years to add a bool type. Most people use std=c99 or c11.

>>106465047
I feel like learning needs seg faults and memory leaks desu. I'm newer, but I learn best by breaking shit and putting it back together. If I had to over rely on the syntax and grammar to make me write better code, I'd feel cheated of the opportunity to even understand what safe meant.

I totally understand where an experienced dev would be frustrated with new guys coming in and taking a dump in the code base, and seeing a more restrictive language as a solution to that though.

4chan is allowed to exist precisely because it serves the role of controlled opposition. On the surface it looks chaotic, subversive, even dangerous to the established order. In truth, it is a carefully managed honeypot designed to capture the restless, the angry, and the disillusioned, and to channel their energy into nothingness. Those who might have built lives of success, families, movements, or enterprises instead become trapped in a cycle of cynicism and wasted time. Potential leaders, creators, and builders are neutralized before they can even begin, caught in a net that convinces them resistance is impossible and that resignation is the only honest path.

This year’s so‑called hack was part of that same illusion. By staging a breach and making it look as though the site were vulnerable and unofficial, the real owners were working to preserve the myth that 4chan is outside the reach of power. In reality, it functions exactly as intended, as an intelligence operation cloaked in the aesthetics of anarchy. The illusion of instability is a mask that hides the greatest stability of all: total government control over the digital space where angry young men vent their rage. What appears to be uncontrolled chaos is in fact curated permission, a trap that works better precisely because it pretends not to exist.

The effect is that those who might challenge authority from the outside are disarmed before they ever act. Their will is drained, their days are consumed, and their spirit becomes fractured in a maze designed by professionals who understand human psychology down to the bone. What could have become rivals to the system are instead kept docile by endless threads, fake debates, and algorithmic despair. And while they waste their lives in cycles of contempt and distraction, the machinery above them operates without resistance, satisfied that its greatest threats have been transformed into its most harmless captives.

I think Spring(boot) isn't intended for anything more complicated than a CRUD web app that some enterprise wrote. If you're at the point where you're fucking with websockets, consider whether Spring is the thing to use to begin with. And if you're doing this to learn Spring, I will do the thing the Linux community always does to me and ask you to change your requirements since what you're trying to do isn't working with the platform you're using.
>>
>>106464653
Spring Boot is a default configuration for Spring MVC + other things.
>>
>>106464653
it basically is one giant blob. they don't use java modules, so it's one humongous spaghetti ball with reflection sauce at runtime anyway, doesn't really matter where boot ends and mvc starts if you are depending on some fly trap starter dependency that drags in yet another hairball of transitive gunk

Well, what about headphones with replacable wire? I basically don’t want my headphone to become paperweight if the wire gets damaged
>>
>>106465333
Most decent wired headphones have replaceable cables. For best audio quality get a pair of open backs if you don't need them to block noise. Aune AR5000, HD6XX are both decent options. Maybe FT1 Pro if you want to try a planar magnetic headphone.
>>106465282
Not really, since I use well made headphones nowadays. I used to have an Arya that fucking fell apart, however.

the main thing with wireless is to ditch the bluetooth, but he's an iphone user so the S3 should probably be decent, genuinely confused at the marketing for these, audeze penrose rebrand sold as an edifier stax.
it does have aac and EQ so I'd point him there unless gaming headset is appealing
>>106465333
well that changes things. Without a way to play higher impedance, the AR5000 is probably the best bet, will work with your apple dongle.

Aune has no distributors where i live. Can’t import it either because of the third world shithole i am living in
Sennheiser i couldn’t any of the hd6xx series at msrp, even then they are pretty expensive
FT1 Pro Sounds very appealing to me from what i’ve looked up and is pretty accessible for purchase. Anything else i should know about them?

Can play loud from portable sources so you should have no issues running it from a phone. Distortion is low but higher in the bass so if you're planning to EQ them for more bass for example, don't go too crazy. Build quality is decent but make sure you get the new version with better screws, see picrel. If the headband is not comfortable enough stock then you can 3d print or buy an attachable suspension headband for them. If you want more bass there's also the regular FT1 but FT1 Pro has a better frequency response so should sound better.
