Literally never happened. As far as I can tell they're just mad about corpos scraping their works off the internet and using them to train slop generators to be used by retarded proompters who flood everything with trash and call it "art".

pi provides kodi to my tv and runs a bunch of docker services as well. i have other sbc doing other things like webcam and environmental control for my vivarium.

You can also use a 2.5" SSD drive with a USB adapter. I have a Pi 3 running on one, and it's very reliable.

>>
is it dangerous to update your bios? i have a prebuilt with an intel i9 that has stability issues and i hope the bios update fixes it. they emailed me their custom bios but i am scared of bricking my computer
>>
>>107635958
If it's still supported worst case you have to send the board back to them for warranty repair. Just don't cut power to it while it's updating and you shouldn't have problems.
>>
>>107635958
It's possible, not likely but possible. Who is "they" and how is their bios "custom"? The guys who prebuilt the PC? I would be wary if so, you should really go directly to the manufacturer for updates.
If you use the manufacturer's own update file and aren't a complete and total retard, it's pretty unlikely that anything will go wrong. What makes it dangerous is that "unlikely" is not "impossible" and if something does go wrong it results in a brick. If you have stability issues and need to flash an update to try to resolve them, ideally this would be covered under warranty somehow, as in if you brick it you should be able to just RMA the board. Check their warranty terms and also some reviews online if you can find any to make sure they're not complete asshats because if they claim you bricked your own mobo there's not much you can do to prove that you did everything correctly and they're the ones who bricked it, so you kinda have to take them on their reputation.

>Intelligence
LLMs don't have it by definition. Intelligence is the ability to adapt to new conditions (i.e. to find inherently new ways of solving problems). They can't do it because their parameters are static and attention is limited
>>
Intelligence is also having the concept of "doubt", or "nuance". Like "you MIGHT want to check this, but I don't understand the full context" instead of "This is clearly wrong".

How is this so fucking hard. Stupid people really do think they're smart.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peak%E2%80%93end_rule#Applications
TL;DR: Your experience of something in retrospect is largely controlled by how you feel during the most intense part of that thing and how you feel at the end.
So you can offer a mediocre service to a client but still end up with a positive review from the client by putting your all in at two specific points.
>>
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excitation_(magnetic)#Self_excitation
Self-excitation: If you make an dynamo with only permanent magnets, then you will only reach sub-1V voltages because the magnetic field strength is very low. You need to also add electromagnets to your dynamo.
The neat thing is that these electromagnets can be powered directly from the output of the dynamo. The emf of the dynamo gradually increases, increasing the electromagnet strength, increasing the emf in turn. (Eventually you get limited by the rotor becoming harder to turn.) I guess the math cancels out to mean you have a positive feedback limit.

local log_file = io.open("~/.config/mpv/mpv_urls.log", "a")

mp.add_hook("on_load", 50, function()
local path = mp.get_property("path")
if not path or not path:match("^https?://") then
return
end

local timestamp = os.date("%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S")
local log_entry = string.format("\n[%s] %s", timestamp, path)

-- Start a new line immediately
log_file:write(log_entry)

/g/entoomen, I need some design advice.
I want to have a minimal syntax in my functional language. The best I can come up with is basically structs, but then that makes parameter passing strange.
tmp=
add.a=1
add.b=2
print add.c // prints 3 when tmp is executed

I'd like to be able to do the following, but I'm not sure how I want parameter passing to work.
tmp a1 b1 =
add.a = a1
add.b = b1
print add.c
// which calling method to use?
tmp 1 2
tmp.a1 = 1

thanks to this i can emit an error message if this variable isnt declared proper, elsewhere
but i catch the error at runtime. which fucking sucks, i want it to fail during compiletime

any ideas?

Why the fuck does every single fucking tutorial use fucking vscode

Since Floens, Dickcheese and Ponyfucker are all dead, in this thread we worship Dimitri for being the only faggot still doing his job, but we also throw shit at him for his questionable design choices.
My 2 cents:
Catalog search does not filter, it's just Ctrl+F
You can sort bookmarks in the bookmarks menu but not in the bookmarks swipe tab
Scrollbar is ugly and thick
Pic attachment is not I'm the reply area but it's on the opposite side of the screen
In the bookmarks tab, what's the difference between "unbookmark" and "delete"?
You can't swipe bookmarks away to unbookmark

Pls fix

The wife wants me to buy her some cleaning technology to make her job a little easier. She asked for a battery vacuum that can take batteries for a quick suck before she mops.

I already own some Makita tools and Milkwakee so I have a bunch of spare batteries she can mooch from. What stick vacuumn technology should I get her so she can clean our house?
