I not so subtly try to get my friends and family to use foss stuff but I feel like I come off as annoying. Like expressing my disdain for using Gmail in the app/in the browser instead of Thunderbird. Is not a vulnerability per-se, think about playing a card game and you make combos with cards during your turn. By itself, Cross-Domain Javascrip Source is not dangerous but if you don't validate user input a threat actor can use it to perform an attack.

The source is either transparent or it isn't. There's nothing to scale. There's power, distortion, noise floor and output impedance, nothing else. High output impedance will change the FR of headphones with non-linear impedance, like koss. It doesn't mean the headphone "scaled". It means the source is not transparent. Headphones with less than 20 Ohm impedance will reduce max available power of most amps and distort if you crank up the volume. High sensitivity headphones will reveal the noise floor of an amp. Again, there's no scaling here. It's either transparent or it isn't. Unless you're held at a gunpoint to choose between two non-transparent sources there's literally nothing to discuss.
