I said they weren't ahead. They are ahead now but, because of consumption distorting interventions. Pretending China got here purely by ability and trade and thus America has to buckle down to compete or some such, is bullshit.

If you want essential industries back, market intervention is how you do it. That's what China does too. Competetive market intervention, neomercantilist harder than your enemy.

Brics currency is a death sentence to the West because they got too used to "extract" or rob the world

Has anyone ever measured the actual, real-world, practical differences between different internet download speeds? Like how having 100Mb vs 300Mb vs 1Gb translates to actual experience?

It depends entirely on how you use the internet, there is no real "average" we can draw from as a baseline.

Someone downloading UHD bluray torrents all the time is probably going to benefit more from higher speeds than someone who only streams netflix for their media.

for casual npc cattle usage 100mbps is plentiful and connection quality is most impactful (routing, jitter, loss)
also the vast majority retards run dogshit wifi routers in overcrowded areas (signal-wise), even a perfect 10gbps conection would feel like shit
even worse, most keep their pcs and consoles on wifi (speedtest shows full speed what's the matter??) and their portable devices on 2.4ghz
pearls before swine, they deserve nothing

and then I had 30mb/s and it sucked
and the I got upgraded to 100mb/s for free and it was okay
and the I got upgraded to 250mb/s for free and thought I needed more
and now I'm on 1gb/s and don't think I need more
What more would I get anyway? Cloudflare checkpoints everywhere, captchas everywhere, streaming bitrate starved more than ever, need to use some piss slow VPN to access shit anyway because of GDPR shite

Should I get GPD MicroPC 2 or GPD WIN mini 2025 or Pinephone with a keyboard? WIN mini is 800 EUR, MicroPC 2 is 600 EUR with N300 CPU but 3 times worse performance. Pinephone has raspberry pi 3 performance and is 350 EUR on the Pine64 EU store but only 240 EUR on the global store and the key board for it is 90 EUR on EU store but I can't find it on the global store.

I am enjoying the purposeful ignoring of the jihady hordes taking over locations here in america slowly and the world and how to solve that is something done 1400 years ago modern people cant and wont do and well we know that outcome. jihady squad overruns in 100 years or so and everyone else loses. governments ignore this on purpose for some replacement theory of theirs.

so all governments purposely ignoring or speeding that up are useless and worthless and well that seems to be 99.99% of the worlds governments overall. but than again I find that 100% of the people on this planet myself included are useless and will never go on to do anything at all of note or worth to be in the halls of time so it doesnt matter. failed dimension and failed planet of people.

- 26 platforms blacked out; only TikTok & Viber complied
Gov’t stance on VPNs:
- Official decree labels VPNs “unregistered tunnels” and “cyberthreats”
- State media warns: using VPN is unsafe, illegal, may lead to fines or arrest
Why it matters:
1. Freedom of speech wiped out for 30M Nepalis
2. Creators & small businesses lose income overnight
3. People forced to VPN risk legal trouble on top of surveillance

why do tech companies keep firing high performing veteran employees? cutting costs is not an intelligent solution. its a smokescreen to cover for foreign born and dual citizen CEOs running these companies into the ground to subvert American tech industry.

If management knew how to do the work they would be doing the work not managing it. Since they lack insight they don't know how to manage the tasks properly. What they do may as well be arbitrary. They're always detrimental to the company.

because centralized systems encourage cultures that see growth and large numbers as metrics of success, instead of sustainability and robustness.
veteran high performing employees are less likely to jump on retarded bandwagons, and are more like to push back on them, which leads to "missing out" on some boom to the moon.
when executives see that AI has made the market cap gap between nvidia and amd larger than the entire GDP of Iberia, they don't think "that's fucking retarded" they think "why aren't I profiting off of this?"
you can also consider the whole h1b slavery system as a supporting actor in making those high skill employees seem easily replaceable.

the only people who can challenge management on this trend are the board, and they have their head up their ass and are often made up of the same executive folk. even if they didn't, they have been given the directive by the US government that they must act in the interest of shareholder, it is literally illegal for them to practice common sense because our legal institutions have made it unlawful for public companies to not make the line go up.

the enshittification will continue until total systemic collapse, because nobody in power gives a shit or can even hear the proles screaming.

Oh I don't think Google will ever fully remove that ability (any time soon) they'll just nullify the desire to for the average consumer by slowly turning Android as a whole into a closed source OS and essentially lock third party developers out of major security updates and vulnerability patches and it will slowly evolve into it's own ecosystem entirely compared to stock Android that you'll see more differences than similarities. And at that point you might as well just buy a LinuxPhone (non Android phone) because non the the benefits of running Android in the first place will be available anymore outside of running LoonixTroons6969_MinimalistCalculator and playing some old games on it.

Google is going for a slowly boil the frog to death a approach, I pray that Jeet hubris will cause them to just outright go bankrupt and become little more than a zombie corporation like Yahoo but I think we're a long ways away from that actually happening.

>>106483172
>Interesting. So what exactly isn't 'pajeet' according to you?
Not him but anything made in Japan, Malaysia, China, or Taiwan (China minus communism) is a good start.
>>
>>106484585
>by adopting Apple's standards and peer reviewing an culling all the slop
That's the thing, they can't really do that without requiring ALL software ran on Android to be reviewed, hence why they're essentially getting rid of the ability to load APKs in the first place. I think this is one of the rare cases where they're actually doing something with good intentions in mind but the short-term effects less so harms the consumer and more so just pisses them off. I just hope mihon devs (The only APK only app I currently give a shit about) start gearing up for this so that their app is actually usable.

unless your smart device comes equipped with a tiny bomb that can explode the heads of people by remote while being controlled by law enforcement, it isnt going to stop shit. It wont stop crimes of passion, crimes of oppertunity, crimes commited by the mentally ill, insane, or drunk/drug abusing. It wont stop violent crime caused by low iq individuals who cant comprehend consequences or cause and effect. it will just make life miserable for regular people and prevent them from solving their own problems without the assistence of the state. It will also prevent you from resisting police and government corruption.

I look forward to auto guilty verdits from ai judges that convict you on circumstancial evidence because machines cant/dont want to understand context. the system will of course be tiered, with white people being the lowest class of citizen constantly being fucked over because the brown people in charge will weight the ai against them as the price for their historical blahblahblahism.

Youtube is fucking Youtubers over with this AI age verification and that means that videos won't be shown to people if they can't verify their age even if it's videos that aren't actually mature/restricted and are usually shown in their feeds all the time.

The AI does not care. It will not show you any video it thinks will be not appropriate if it doesn't know how old you are.
