At this point, I wont even use any desktop environment on linux if it isn't X11. Even XFCE is dead to me because it has wayland support. I will never support anything wayland based on linux.
I'm X11 pilled.

You don't. The Quick Access list is stored in a file in %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations (which is of course locked when you're running explorer.exe).
A much better option is to script the shell COM interface to make Windows think you've clicked "Unpin from Quick Access" - way less trouble.
>>
>>107722442
That sounds like a pain since I've never even manipulated the shell through a script. Maybe I'll look into it later.
Alright, for the background, I'm writing a shitty powershell script to edit images offline the way I want, stuff like adding/removing provisioned packages, features, editing the registry and so on. Most of the stuff I found on MDL.
I'm currently struggling with run orders and registry editing, more specifically HKCU stuff because well, they rely on an existing user, at least I think so.
Can those HKCU edits (things like taskbar alignment, theme, etc) be edited to the base default user by loading the ntuser.dat hive? Basically reg load HKLM\zNTUSER $tempFolder\Users\Default\ntuser.dat

And then what in an online image would be:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"TaskbarAl"=dword:00000000

Would turn into:
[HKLM\zNTUSER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"TaskbarAl"=dword:00000000

Also I forgot to ask, would you also need to do shell shenanigans to edit the start menu pins on windows 11? On windows 10 I can just move a LayoutModification.xml file to the proper place and it works but on W11 the json equivalent doesn't work. I even tried copying a start2.bin file to no avail.
... Maybe I should learn to edit images like real sysadmins too instead of trying to do everything the dumbest way possible.

I don't mean mere LLM whoerely respond to your textual input and become bloated and slower as time goes by.
I mean an actual AI that would resemble a human being, being able to contantly sense the outside world, and respond to it accordingly.
That has long term data storage, and isn't always trapped in RAM.
Something that has an architecture like this:

[ Sensors / Inputs ]
(audio, vision, telemetry, events, timers)

[ Perception Modules ]
(speech-to-text, vision, signal processing)

[ Event / Salience Detector ]
(what matters right now?)

[ World State Model ]

How are you going to get around Israel backdooring all new GPUs since nVidia is moving their factory to Tel Aviv? Just curious since Israel backdoored all Intel chips after Intel moved there, too. Not a single Intel chip has been safe since 2008.

For me, it's the HD600. The best headphone. I even ask for extra foam inserts and the Sennheiser support staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for replacement pads and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly Sennheiser rep laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three pairs of pads. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local audiophile shop, I go there at least 3 times a week for HD600s and a Schiit stack with Modi instead of Modius, 1-2 times for balanced cables on the weekend, and maybe once for a tube amp when I'm in a rush but want a great listening experience that is affordable, neutral, and can match my daily "this is endgame" posting needs.

I even EQ my HD600s with oratory1990's preset, it's veiled! What a great headphone.

> the current Sonys, Sennheiser, Bose and what have you but I'm a heavy user and they all start to malfunction after a while and I'm seriously considering building my own so I can replace parts when they break.
just buy headphones which have spare parts available? also stop being a niggermonkey, that also helps.
>>
>>107721946
>also stop being a niggermonkey,
Hey, I wear ANC headphones like 24/7 so they get some wear on it, ok? Also, are you saying I'm a niggermonkey because I'm cheaping out on headphones? The Bose and Sonys weren't that cheap but the Bose quiet comfort fuckers pretty much failed when the warranty period concluded.
I guess I'll just stick to regular IEM then, thanks for the help, anon-sama!
>>
>>107722029
>are you saying I'm a niggermonkey because I'm cheaping out on headphones?
no i'm saying you're a niggermonkey because you struggle making your headphones last like everyone else can.
as long as the headphones you're buying have replaceable headband/pads (and in this case, battery), there's no reason you should be able to break one unless you're retarded and abuse them.
even the cheapest headphones can handle a decade+ of regular use.
