What chair do you use?Pic rel are 2 chairs I am deciding on.
Whatever this thing is has been torturing my legs and lower back for the last decade (even with the support pillow), and it gets really hot. Still better than my wooden chair. Not sure if or what I should replace it with.
I go to Jysk or Ikea and buy the comfiest, softest office chair they have and use it until it explodes from the weight of my fat obese ass. Usually takes 2-3 years. Then I toss it in the garbage and repeat the process.

Hi, /hsg/! So I recently stocked up on 2 big, identical HDDs for my homelab, a single beefed-up HP workstation that acts as a Proxmox host. I want to turn it into a nas. My question is:What is the best way to go about making Proxmox into a NAS? Should I make a ZFS mirror on the proxmox host itself or should I make a VM and mount them there and the NAS service would run on that VM?Apologies for the possibly retarded question in advance!

I initially wanted to do this so that I could centralized my backups with proxmox backup server (pbs), though it does create a bit of convolution, and I think I'm going to back up the nas data with zfs send instead at some point. It is nice to be able to move the disks between the vm's however so I'd do it like this again anyways. I also have multiple datasets and virtual disks on my pool for different vm's as it's not always good to do things off of a network share.
