You need to get yourself a pair of orthodynamic headphones, too bad all the good ones are super expensive now. You used to be able to get a nice pair for $100-200. Some of the best ones are made by Yamaha and look cheapish. Also among the best of all tested, are the old Soviet orthodynamic sonar phones. They are built like a tank. I have two pair, one NIB.

> Owon CM2100> aliexpress.com/item/1005009220837845.htmlIt has AC and DC current. 1mA accuracy. It's been verified by reviewers like that Kerry Wong guy. Checked myself and it's legit.Advertised as 20000 count but actually the current is 2000 count. It's 20000 on the other DMM functions. The other functions except NCV work as expected. NCV is worse than your typical shitty meter. I got the non-Bluetooth version but in hindsight I could have dropped a few small items from my cart and got the BT one. I'll probably never have a use for it anyways.

>>107746386>Saar, I have ADVANCED JAVA certification from Durgasoft, I am more senior engineer than you sar. Please listen to me sar.
>>107739839Abstraction isn't bad, abstraction for the sake of abstraction so that it actually ends up as obfuscation is what's bad. And literally every single enterprise Java project is like that. The language itself, especially in its later versions is actually quite comfy. If you didn't have everyone shitting up every single codebase with abstraction on top of abstraction on top of abstraction...There probably isn't a single perfect build system. But again, once you combine Java build systems into a huge legacy enterprise project the experience isn't exactly something I'd consider user friendly. And that's all the Java projects everyone is ever interacting with. What makes working with Java so bad is how it always comes with the worst parts of enterprise software. It's not even limited to the software itself. You get the entire enterprise bureaucracy that you have to deal with alongside the code.
>>107738273java is unironically decent for making 2D Games.all you need (2D renderer, sound subsystem etc...) comes with the default libaries. and if you don't use anything outside the default libaries its promise of working everywhere is actually true.

Anybody here try/use Bedrock linux?I've been on Manjaro for a while, but I'm getting the itch to switch distros.Debian's not at the top of my list, but I'd consider it. I refuse to ever use Ubuntu again. (There was some unpleasantness back around '08 and I refuse to ever give them another second of my time.) Nothing really against Mint. I've used it before, though, and it keeps me in the Debian branch, which I'm not very used to. CachyOS is, I guess, catching on for some reason. It's another Arch derivative. Can't be worse than Manjaro. And I'm somewhat used to the Arch ecosystem. But this Bedrock thing seems like a bit of a winner. Doesn't pin you down into any one branch. Plus, as I understand it, I can just install it over top of my existing install, instead of starting over from square one.Anyhoo, just wanted to know if anyone here has experience with it and would/wouldn't recommend giving it a try.>inb4 gentooNo.>inb4 just use ArchThen I might as well stay where I'm at, which I don't want to do.
>>107745074Tell me why the use of Linux namespaces in container runtimes is worse than this dogshit that Bedrock does. If you can't, your argument is null and you should just use Debian with podman.
>>107745183I'm not, like, asking your permission, or even for your blessing. I'm asking if anybody used this shit and if it's worth trying.Still, your recommendation is noted.
>>107743422I suggest NIGGIX.
>>107743422Bedrock is really nice, actually. I've used it for years. Just do read the documentation. You can install bedrock on your current Manjero system and then add other distros. Each distro is a stratum, including the one you were running before Bedrock. I never noticed a slowdown. It's like containers *however* there is interaction between the stratum, so you have a program in a a Debian stratum call a program that is in another stratum, or use a font that is in another stratum. Bedrock is stable. There is just one little tiny concern. He plans to eventually rewrite it in Rust.
>>107746549Thanks for some constructive input. I skimmed the docs at the website and looked through some of the open issues at github just to get a feel for what I'd be in for. The hijack install was what caught my eye.

>>107743886>completely deranged terminally online niggersThis reminds me of something I read happened a few weeks ago. There was a tranny who was mad at the mod of a german imageboard because his posts promoting lgbt were often removed, so he spammed that board with 7000 CP files that he reported himself straightaway to the web hoster and cloudflare. The bastard successfully got the site inaccessible. But then that retard bragged about it, admitting that he had uploaded these files and reported them himself, and so indirectly that he was in possession of these files. In order to report them to cloudflare he probably revealed his IP in the process, so let's hope he gets what he deserves.

SN850X had issues on Windows 10 back in the day but not sure if that's been worked out or not. T500 might be outside your budget now, though.
