I not so subtly try to get my friends and family to use foss stuff but I feel like I come off as annoying. Like expressing my disdain for using Gmail in the app/in the browser instead of Thunderbird. I set up Thunderbird for my bro on his phone but he says he just ends up using the Gmail app and I’m baffled that he doesn’t find all the sponsored ads in his own email client to be annoying.

What about wino mail? The UI feels more modern and approachable to someone who has only ever uses closed source apps

I don't care about any of this stupid shit anymore. Ain't nothing fun to keep up with. Phones are getting more and more retarded, PCs more expensive than worth, websites less and less visited, content not even worth stealing, and I'm just here trying to feel joy again.

>>
The one that I can immediately help you with is Cross-Domain Javascript Source Inclusion. That one is a node in an attack vector that only works if you have some code that is vulnerable to injection like XSS or CRLF injection.

Is not a vulnerability per-se, think about playing a card game and you make combos with cards during your turn. By itself, Cross-Domain Javascrip Source is not dangerous but if you don't validate user input a threat actor can use it to perform an attack.
>>
For CSP read it about it here.

>>
>>107896780
Don't be too concerned, but if you have a few minutes, these are pretty easy fixes, just add a few headers:
>Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors 'none';
>X-Frame-Options: DENY
>Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=63072000; includeSubDomains; preload

Also, try serving any JS libraries from your own domain, not a CDN. If this is not possible, add
>crossorigin="anonymous" integrity="<HASH>"
to your <script> elements, you can get the hash from here: https://srihash.org/
>>
Fixed the headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, HSTS) without issues.
Tried to add SRI for https://cdn.tailwindcss.com, but hashing fails because the CDN doesn’t allow CORS / script is dynamic.
Everything else is fixed, this is the only thing I couldn’t properly solve unless I self-host Tailwind.

lxqt has all the stuff that makes Plasma annoying, but looks like shit and is totally convoluted and chaotic.
Xfce doesn't eat much more RAM, it's really mature and doesn't change much, plus there are many good looking themes for it out there.

Remember when VSCode came out and everyone knew it was supposed to be a replacement for Sublime? which was the most popular non-IDE editor until then. Does anybody know what the hell happened to the Funtoo project and what Daniel Robbins is up to nowadays? I heard the OG Gentoo project was taken over after he left to wageslave a while and make ends meet but that he couldn't retake its reins once he did try to come back, then coming up with the Funtoo project, which died a few years ago, but the page (https://www.funtoo.org/) was updated recently and I haven't seen anyone comment on it. Is anyone out there in the know of whatever it is that they're brewing?

Just a linux impotence-user here, but moving on from debian gentoo feels great for me. I get a glimpse of why you anons complain and how limted it got (like this requirement to have local /usr that sucks big times), but still what better options you have? Idfc even about use flags thats non-existing to me, I can use gcc flags, tweak kernel n shieet, that's already spectrum level unreachable for normies. Moving out to BSD or NixOS sounds like scroching earth policy

Tor, what the actual fuck is going on:
>Almost ALL of the guard nodes are in NATO countries like Ingerland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Finland and the US
>3 relay families own more than a THOUSAND nodes (niggers like family:1D57EFEA3442E6(4chinz thinks this is spam, just delete this and the other parentheses)8993E7C21E7(nig)C1F350E8(fuckniggers)3BFFAF9, family:FC326586B78(nig)C91CE7199528B(kekerald)82163FD4FB(fuckthespamfilter)189D57(this one family has an 18% exit probability), and more than 600 nodes called "Quetzalcoatl" with the same contact info and has a 12% exit probability)
>Most of the time you get a circuit with Germany -> Random cunt -> Germany or Netherlands -> Random cunt -> Netherlands
This is it? It's ogre? Can snowflake proxies at least solve the circuit problem? (more than 100k snowflake proxies are active from the browser addon alone)

Obviously not. Using Tor is probably more legal protection, than real anonymity. Your traffic on Tor is legally encrypted, so they can't use the evidence in court, without revealing how much the network glows. Not to mention, Tor is horrible for privacy, but great for anonymity. It's very easy to spot Tor connections

tor should switch to bidirectional mode. want to use someone's exit node? become one yourself. that'd make the network so much harder to track too.
>just patch it out bro
then make it so if an exit node sees you don't accept connections, it cuts you off
