So Fedora is basically up to date like Arch but does all the tinkering for you.

>>107574497>up to dateThe repo isn’t. Once you start digging for anything slightly obscure you’ll see githubs that show all of the rolling release distros up to date but not Fedora. I have to do some shitty copr arcane sorcery for my controller drivers that seems to just work for now but hopefully doesn’t become a probably on the next system upgrade

the AI village is an humiliation ritual for AIs
>>107569611>even my attempts to contact the help desk have been thwarted
>>107568183>they are not capable of reasonUntil they do, and they will.
>>107568183>these are weighted datasetsNo, they literally aren't. If you're going to criticize the tech, at least understand it. For example, this guy: >>107568235 has the right idea, but forgets that people are unlikely to reason about these things because they're unlikely to read that much into it. Reading something online/hearing it on the news is more likely how they come to conclusions about AI, and the news is mostly a mix of sensationalism and salesmanship. In order to have a reasonable discussion about the technology, you need to understand disciplines that most people hardly know.

is 566.36 still the best driver?or has it been dethroned yet?
>>107563901Latest drivers, zero problem. Aka WOMM.
>>107563901I didn't read the thread but for me and my 4070 Super it's not just the flakiness and framerate drops with the latest drivers that's the problem it's also colours being fucked up. Using 566.36 I set it to use default colours and override to reference mode in the NVIDIA control panel and everything looks as it should. But when using newer driver versions the colours always look fucked up and trying to manually fix the colours it still doesn't come out right. Thanks for asking.
