decided to do ZootPony too

Not based on any merging with non-Pony SDXL models, initial version is four 1280px Loras I trained myself on Base Pony with Florence 2 / WD-VIT-V3 captioned images (about ~3500 images total), and merged iteratively into Base.

None of the data was synthetic, 100% actual photos that I picked out myself, although ATM the overall effect is still somewhat more like CGI. Will continue to improve with each version though in any case. This one'll be out on CivitAI soon.

I've started doing it again recently with SD3 because it's hard to get what you want by prompting alone

an old trick I've used for a long time now is you start out saying it's a 32-year-old woman and transition to saying it's an 18-year-old college girl or whatever. This way you can get a more voluptuous mature body shape early and then soften and feminize the appearance of skin/face/etc. Not perfect but helps for some kinds of horny prompting. Also if you want descriptors not to affect pose (e.g. you want gymnast body but not gymnastics pose) you can delay them ever so slightly. Lastly you can pull out hair color midway and sub in ethnic descriptors, keep the blonde hair but make her look more asian, stuff like that, since at that point the hair color is too sticky to be changed.

Just take any concept you want in your image and ask yourself whether you want all its effects, just the macro effects, just the small-scale effects, etc, and limit their active window (or don't) based on that determination.

Also with SD3 especially you can get big composition and color palette effects from prompting for just the first few frames, effective and quick way to try out dramatically altering the images you get without fundamentally fucking with your main prompt's delicately-balanced formula

Also lastly I think many anons don't keep in mind enough that at any given point there are two pieces of info informing the model's denoising: the conditionings (prompts) but also the current state of the latent after previous steps. When cfg is low and there's no clear way to bring the image in its current state into alignment with the prompt, you will get very weak or selective action of the prompt and mostly the denoising will be informed by the latents in their current state. Your prompt which usually produces one kind of image might reliably produce a very different kind of image when the first few stages are changed, because it doesn't have the same freedom to determine the direction the image takes overall—the prompt must be interpreted in light of the latents as they stand, and this can force a selective interpretation that excludes or misreads things.

sometimes this is good, e.g. the world girl can playfully refer to cute adult woman, or a child. if you set the shape of a full grown woman's body early SD is far more likely to interpret girl as the meaning you actually want and not the problematic one!

pdxl with the autismmix checkpoint is very good for anime, you dont even need loras in most cases, just use danbooru character tags. the autocomplete extension works well, can pick from a list as you start typing stuff.
