You can either simply use a lowshelf filter at 100 Hz and raise it a couple db, or try using a peaking filter at 8 kHz, q=4, -4 dB, to attenuate ear canal resonances. >>101534278I think the Supermix 4 is safer if you have that mindset. It's FR is smoother and techs are one class higher, so you can EQ it to what you like with great results. Kara slightly lacks treble extension. The main reason to prefer the Kara would be if you like the mid-bass bump and you're not going to EQ (the latter makes no sense).
