It has some neat features like native DNS-over-HTTPS system wide, the auto HDR and the DirectStorage API, but otherwise if your PC is kinda old then you can just get away with using IoT LTSC 2021 and stay on 10 for a while more. Though with IoT LTSC 2024's full retail release coming around early/mid October you could go with that and basically get what'll amount to the best 11 experience you can get.
