One persistent issue I've been having with 4o (and to a lesser extent, the Claude models) is that they'll just take my response and rephrase it as their own, eventually creating this loop where the first three paragraphs are just progressively reacting to every single action I've done in my last reply, with only the last bit of the bot's response being actually new and pushing the scenario further.Of course, I've tried prompting it to not do this, but I've yet to make it stick.
