ublock origin (and other adblockers) support :remove-class and :remove-attr so you could use them instead.
Does this work?
example.com##[class~="-blur"].search:remove-class(/.*-blur/)
The .search shouldn't be necessary but I like to add a specific class when I'm doing an attribute value match "for performance" (I haven't benchmarked so I have no idea)
Instead of remove the class, you could just override the CSS filter :P
