Zoomers will never understand the soul of a LAN party
>>
what are some good techniques to lie on the resume?
>>
>>102980370
Seems and appears to be smelly, sticky and gay.
>>
>>102981485
Screw lying. Get a ''source'' or a political recommendation.

You're just proving his point...

I did an "AI interview"
It was dumb, just have to answer tech questions with no room for feedback or questions. Like it asked how node.js handles high concurrency web requests and I was like well node itself... doesn't, it depends which server you're running but I guess what you want to hear is that it uses an asynchronous event loop. And it says "great answer! you know that node.js handles web requests asynchronously"

... just kill me

Then the code question for this web dev job was some bullshit "find the shortest path between rooms" given an array of room IDs and their neighbors. I only had 20 minutes and barely got started. That's not fucking web dev homework.

I think it was just a random leetcode medium and I don't practice leetcode. I refuse to.

Zoomers can't understand most things about the early days of personal computers and the internet in general.
To them it's just a big irony fest. They don't understand how sincerely meaningful all this stuff seemed back then. Zoomers were created to live in a world stripped of any and all meaning. They are really the last man, the ultimate bugman generation.
>>
any new grads in here?
>>
>>102981794
No that's you, not a LAN party.

Fuck it's an AI company I just realized I was probably supposed to paste the question into ChatGPT

I got a perspective sidegig building a website that extracts info from and excel file (maybe also images if I find a free ocr service somewhere and it's not rate limited too much) and pastes it into a standard doc file or pdf so it can be printed, it's for a niche work field so it hasn't been done yet, I expect maybe 1000 users monthly and somewhat short of 200 files by user to be processed, can It be done in a reasonable amount of time? I'm pretty comfy being unemployed though.

>>102981794
Yes, yes, no.

Zoomers will never understand straightness. Sad, really.

If you have a LLM in your text editor, type the function signature/declaration (
dijkstraPath :: [(a,a)] -> a -> a -> [a]
) and/or a comment, and then you just have to pick the best looking completion. It gets a bit tedious to copy-paste context and output after a while.

Technical interviews are stress interviews. Even if they read the transcripts, the information on how you react to stress is missing.

Tesseract may be good enough OCR.

start off with making sure all time gaps are sealed tightly together back to back.

I'm white and I just wrote some Java for the first time. Can any Indian friends confirm that I have done the needful?

Whats wrong with this company? Why do companies outsource their recruiting to this dogshit website? Each link has 6 different passwords totally unusable.
>>
>>102987510
Clearly you've never worked in an HR department before.

Workday is THE standard for hiring. Every company uses it for clean, consistent, easy-to-use tools to manage applicants.

Stop your pathetic whining, this is why we aren't hiring you.

>Zoomers were created to live in a world stripped of any and all meaning
it's almost a sin to try to ascribe any meaning to anything, zoomer culture is so aggressively meaningless that you'll get called a fag for not towing the "lmao nothing matters burn it all" line. They don't even understand how it COULD be meaningful, they didnt do this with their friends. Also what friends? Having any connections to anyone is cringe, people are disposable. t. every 2nd brain rotten zoomer faggot
