Sure, but its a compromise and one that nukes battery. Weaker chipsets also tend to have far superior battery life because theyre not as power hungry. Its crazy that phones are actually going backwards in terms of battery life due to this.

A dedicated device will always beat a phone for any of these tasks because a phone is a jack of all trades master of none. This may get slightly better with the advent of folding phones but a steamdeck is always going to be a better experience than a phone. The power of the CPU is basically wasted because phones are only really used to take the occasional picture, listen to music, browse social media and answer calls for most people.
