You run that with full context and ask it to summarize the events of the RP and the current state (what they're wearing, poses, setting, time of day, etc). Then you use a ST quick reply script to cut that, put it into a little variable, and then switch to preset 2. Preset 2 has a limited context but it gets the summary and instructions to generate from the pre-planned information in the variable. The main issue I have is if you use the first preset to plan the response (some of the presets in the rentry do this by telling Opus what should happen in paragraph 1, 2, 3, etc) since it's Sonnet it's not as creative which bleeds through to the Opus response. You can choose to just exclude that and use it purely as a summary tool instead. It's a bit of a balancing act and requires tweaking but the main savings are Opus context. Also the ST scripts can be a little finicky.
