I think so. Just enter the filter specs for each part you to parametric search and the order the results by price like so (example is a 32GB of DDR5-6000CL30 or better RAM):

Then click the Add From Filter
button at the top right of the culled results to automatically include and keep the cheapest part with those requirements in your main build saved URL like so (it will specify it you know you did it right):

You can then do the same thing for the other parts of your build (# of needed NVME slots on the motherboard, # of CPU cores, type of GPUs you are interested in, etc) that meet your requirements.
