The closest ones I've found are the Asus Proart PA32UCDM (perfect, aside from maybe the Adobe RGB coverage, but it's OLED and I worry about burn in), some of the Proart PA32UCX (only issue is they're 60hz and 5ms response time gray to gray, not sure what its VRR range is), the Samsung Odyssey G7/G70B S32BG70 (but it lacks hardware calibration, I assume) and the Gigabyte AORUS FV43U (which is nearly perfect, aside from no hardware calibration I assume and the fact it's fucking huge, 43in)

No, because your PCI-E 5.0 x4 SSD is actually an M.2 NVMe interface. It's just electronically wired for PCI-E 5.0 x4 lanes of bandwidth.
Your PCI-E 5.0 x4 SSD needs to go into an M.2 NVMe slot.

You can purchase an adapter card to convert you PCI-E 5.0 x4 motherboard slot into a tray that can hold your PCI-E 5.0 x4 SSD and get full performance if the motherboard slot has x4 lanes of bandwidth but if you try plugging the M.2 drive into your PCI-E slot directly like slotting in a graphics card or something you're just going to break something becuse the pins aren't compatible.

6000 CL30 was the go to because you could reliably achieve those settings on 2 DIMM systems and those came with hynix a die for good OC potential. Going higher than that will switch to 1:2 divider mode for UCLK/MCLK by default. This will cause performance decrease.
1:1 mode for higher RAM frequency than 3000MHz is just silicon lottery.
If you care about min-maxing you should still manually set subtimings.
Changing CL alone doesn't do much in terms of real life performance so don't bother with finding kit with the lowest CL if you are going to simply use XMP.

Just tried Ark as benchmark (yeah i know the size but i dont play that much of modern games) and MAN at everything maxed + toggling some long distance high quality LODs it was ~60fps and without that long distance shit it is 100+

On the Corsair there’s a knob, but its functionality isn’t clear. Corsair doesn’t state that it turns off the fan stop feature, instead they say it lets you adjust the fan speed up or down, which is pretty stupid compared to a simple button that just enables or disables fan stop mode.

cheapest the 27" 4k panel has ever been is in the xg27ucdm for 860€ mostly hovering at 950€ which as you can see is like twice the price
