Just had a small panic attack, lol.Was changing out my switches and then two keys stopped worked after everything is fully assembled.I thought, okay, no biggie, probably bent feet, take them out, feet aren't bent.Okay, still no need for panic, probably broken switches, then I replace them, still doesn't work.now I'm panicking a little, I'm thinking, oh shit, did I damage the PCB?Then I pull the switches out, and...I bent the feet on the good switches, straightened them and now they work.

Yeah this is ridiculous. It felt a little too fast and responsive at first, probably due to the leaf-spring design that makes the plate bouncy and the keys light and crisp since they're spring-swapped. I could never get the same feeling or the same near-immediate acceptance of the alu plate on any of my Intro S100s. Even the Cycle8 falls short big time and I love that thing because it's a good board for using Xinhais and Clouds together.Seriously impressive versatility on this F1, I feel content.

The reason why it cost this much because it's not mass produced, and its a collector's item right now. Neither typing feeling or sound acoustic make this board unique. It's purely due to the popularity of the name "Jane" from old days.... The value of Jane v2 series keeps going down these days since people realized it's really not that special other than being very limited in supplies.

PBT shine as well. All keycaps shine. Some PBT can shine as fast as ABS... some take longer. Depends on the mix.
Maybe, however the chemical resistance of PBT is better from the start, so I would say it is safe to assume most blends of it will be too. Plus it is semi-crystalline polymer, which usually are more resistant to solvents in general when compared to their amorphous counterparts

PBT can't so the super saturated colours well, no, but there's no reason why PBT can't be as accurate as ABS with the less saturated colours. NovelKeys PBT Copper being a great example. It's identical to the GMK version. I own both, so can attest to that. Yet with sets like Mecha-01 or Laser, then no, you will never get those neon type colours with PBT, which is why all PBT Laser clones look terrible... again, until you see the real thing you wouldn't realise, as most shots of GMK Laser you see on line just don't do that neon red justice at all. It's usually out of gamut for most cameras. That ended the great PBT experiment and now everyone makes ABS caps.
