Anyone got some working settings for kohya hi-res fix? Every thing I mess with on it I still get 50/50 abominations. It worked before on pony but I liked using raunet more; now raunet shits the bed with illustrious and kohya hi res works but gives me issues constantly to the point of barely useable.

The lora situation HAS to change. Now that local is advancing at a proper rate of development, new tech needs to be devised to keep up. Illust has received a fraction of the loras pony has, which is still a fraction of the amount that 1.5 had. Many unique concepts that aren't properly represented by booru tags. And now we're already at noob which is shitting out new versions every week. What can be done to address this? How can a lora ecosystem be sustained while we undergo rapid model developing?Even updating mods to the latest version of a game takes less effort than this. Loras all have to be retrained and the final file does not contain the settings nor dataset. I wonder if it might be possible to package settings/data in with the .safetensors in a way that can easily be removed by those who don't want it. There seems to be no clear way to avoid having to rebake for massive model shifts (pony->illust, illust->noob-vpred) but the normalization of data releasing could help quickly adapt to new models.
