Almost everything is anon suggested, sometimes I make some changes and propose them. I usually try to get 2-4 "traps" and ask the OC owners if they like what is done to their Character.
If I have too many character suggestions I will form a "balanced party" like in DnD or a JRPG and then decide, so you can suggest characters if you would like. I will try to have a warrior type, a mage type, a support type and a wildcard type.

I also considered including the japanese Oni because she seems very well liked here.

I think we can have some of the ideas by having the 4 members separate when they fall into a trapdoor.
We go to the Mage(Umbra or Atsuka so far) who wanders around and encounters Tsukika who leads to the den of a beholder or some tentacle monster with anti magic.

The Warrior(Barbarian, Lady Knight) could lose in combat to an orc, maybe her weapon was damaged by the fall or slips.

The last slot is the wild card so I'm not sure what to do until a character is suggested.

I love how every time this comes up there's the split of the anons subtle begging for inclusion, the ones that give ideas with (their own) characters and the ones trying to force in something that is nothing like the dungeon is meant to be.
I don't envy DM anon, but let me do his job anyway, at the risk of overstepping:

I made mine back in 2008 with Soul Calibur's character creation. Back then I was drawing so I was using that as a base and adjusted it to my liking because that game's character creation didn't have some details that I wanted (or maybe it was a skill issue from my point). After finishing her design, I started designing her outfit (sci-fi ish leotard inspired from some drawing of popular artists like butcha-u/eroguis). Hachishaku Hachiwa Keraku Meguri and Toshi Densatsu episode 2 were strong influences because of Hasshaku-sama.
I then just rolled into getting a 3D/2D design via Blender and a western artist. It's not a route I'd suggest for everyone because it's ludicrously time intensive and expensive. I know a lot of people who never use their OC in 3D because the model is hot garbage. The skill floor for 3D OC creation is depressingly low for the expense. 2D art is a lot of fun since I like to see the various interpretations of the character too, in ways 3D doesn't convey nearly as well.
Also, amazon position sex because everyone needs a sub-fetish.

First was just a sorta aged up version of a secondary using a limited toolset, that then I got attached to and became standalone.

Second started as an idea of a stealth copy of a gacha character nobody will ever realize, know, or find out about, and the limited resources I gave the designer resulted in something functionally unrelated but very good in its own right.

Firstly, there is no "Censorship law".
The law (article 175 IIRC) is an obscenity law.
Censorship is done as a loophole to reduce something from obscene down to erotic, which carries less legal restriction. The anus is effectively exempt from this, even in JAV works.
You can see further function evidence of this in that no gallery site actually enforces anus censorship in any form--among pixiv's 100,000+ anal images, an incredible minority are censored.

The only reason you ever see a censored anus is a hedged bet, the result of misinformation/ignorance (Similar to the export exemption loophole) , or a deliberate case of being overly cautious. You quite simply have no requirement to censor an anus, be it spread, gaping, or full of cum.

Finally, and most importantly:

Wild card is either the Elf archer or Nadia.

They will get split up by a trapdoor.
For the fighter the idea is to have her fight an orc, but on her first strike her weapon breaks and we jump cut to rape.
For Support + Mage, they bump into each other and one of them leads the other to the den of a tentacle monster. The mage can be prevented from casting magic via anti magic field, or if the 'bait' is Tsukiha, then with an anti magic talisman.
For the last one I had a few ideas. For elf archer, she could be called out by her "other" party members only to end up in a goblin(or some other monster) lair.
For Nadia, she could be wading through a pool of harmless slime, but one of the vials on her falls into it and it's a strengthening potion that supercharges the slime rape.

That is just what came to mind. Let me know what you think. I also need "character blurbs" for the participants and their references.

I've answered this before, but it's basically putting things I thought looked good in a character design on an MMO, then carrying her for a few games until I decided to solidify what I wanted her to be like. Its a mix of tropes, things that look good, and a bit of what makes my peepee hard.
My second girl started off as me showing a friend what I actually liked irl, but quickly changed into more of a foil por my main OC.
Newest one is just picking things that aren't like the others and would be fun to play in a tabletop campaign, since that's what I made her for. Rest was getting an artist fried of mine to come up with outfit and draw her.
I'd say just plugging at whatever character creator you have available and then getting a few smaller requests, then a sheet using those and what you think you like/don't like it the best way.
