I haven't linked to a previous comment in my roughly 10 years of browsing this site, so bear with me. To the anon requesting a good book about how to draw "big cowtits" I'd recommend taking a look at is called "How to Draw - Oppai (ポストメディア編集部)". I don't speak japanese, but in conjunction with any anatomy book, it should work fine. The main takeaway is to think about breasts as "big bags of warm yogurt", as my wife describes them, and that they are attached to the fibers on top of the Pectoralis major. Gravity plays a major role, especially in larger scales of fun-bags. Idunno, I haven't drawn a lot of huge tits yet, and this is whatever I remember off the top of my head.

The obsession with thin people baffles me. Put some meat on them bones, coomers.

I'm not sure if I follow you. I basically start with a crooked square representing the palm and work from there.
>>

a crooked square is a shape not a form, the anon that replied to you before was pointing out that you probably should use forms more when drawing these hands because they look flat (general mistakes aside)

You suffer from trying to show off all of the face. That's why you tend to make the facial features too small and shy away from overlapping them, top of that you bend away the hair to accommodate your desire to show off "all of the face", good linecontrol though

I have had three (3) dreams about this deer faced bear thing this week, coming into my room, looking around, locking eyes with me, and leaving, which wakes me up, and I can't see figures when I draw anymore, only remember the dream. I blame melatonin but also weird that I would dream the same thing multiple times.
>>
>>7728454
looks straight up mythical
very interesting
i wanna be able to paint my dreams, thats one of my objectives with art
but the dreams i wanted to paint were a decade ago
so i think of getting back into lucid dreaming soon
are you into lucid dreaming?
>>
>>7728457
I'm not necessarily into lucid dreams per se but I do have a high amount (idk what the baseline is) of sleep paralysis dreams and/or "movie dreams" or dreams that to me, feel high fidelity and memorable. Most of the sleep paralysis dreams are pretty generic though, the meme of the sleep paralysis demon just standing next to you is real, and I have some drawings (much worse) of those dreams, but they really just amount to a 7ft tall blue glowing 99 year old grandma lurking in the door or an actual green glowing golem standing next to the bed, that kind of thing. I've learned to interact with the dream though and will attack the sleep paralysis demon, actually last week I lashed out and stubbed my toe against the wall where I kicked one. Other dreams are just random scenes, last month I had weirdly high definition dreams of being an East Asian (?) soldier in what I think was a Taiwanese or Chinese platoon, doing a foot patrol, and blowing up. Don't know why, I'm not Asian and idc about wars. The deer bear is the first non human thing I've dreamt up though which is probably why it sticks with me. Tldr eat melatonin gummies and wash down with chamomile tea and hold onto your butt

Cezanne taught us that the world is made of spheres, cylinders, boxes, and cones. It's too hard to draw the world as it appears on the surface. Break objects down into spheres, cylinders, boxes, and cones, and study how those forms come together to make the objects we see. This is the easiest way to learn how to draw.

I get what you're going for, and I love the clothes and overall construction. The face, however, needs some tweaking, especially her left eye (right-most one). It looks copy-pasted, and that's not exactly how eyes work. Try looking at portraits from real people, that will help in your execution of stylized subjects.

draw simpler stuff already. you wont get better if you dont listen to advice you old fool. you shouldve gone for the geometrical challenge
>>
>>7728466
I'm not trying to be mean, but redlining this would be a bit pointless, honestly. You need to work on 3D forms before trying to tackle the human figure in a major sense. You can learn it as you go, like I've tried to do, but at some point you'll have to learn it. Everything is geometry, and learning that is extremely important.
>>
>>7728505

I went the route of copying Hampton's work while I scribbled cylinders in perspective in my notebook. Boxes aren't good for practice, as you'll quickly realize how limiting it is. Forcing yourself to draw cylinders exercises you to think more in terms of both volume and perspective.

I was bored out of my mind the first couple of months, too. It's worth it, if you are applying what you learn onto something that's not just cylinders. Think of copying as work (Hampton, Bridgman, etc.) and cylinders as relaxation. That worked for me.

Videogames are a definite massive time sync. The reason why I chose to begin drawing was me finishing a match in Hell Let Loose and I noticed my time played at 300+ hours. I then researched other games like Dota, Counter-Strike, etc. to have a gander at what amount of time other people have played games. Some of them were in the five digits, 10.000 up to 20.000 hours. That was when I decided to not become that, complaining about useless balance patches and frame-rates. I sometimes wonder what my life would have been like if I began drawing earlier and weren't so discouraged every time I picked up a pencil, but it's like when I quit smoking; don't think about what have happened, think about what you are going to make happen today and the day after that.

Gestures the way to go, even if it seems counterintuitive to the main goal of working on proportions. It will teach you how to see flow and capturing angles of motion. Replication is the most important part of the process.
>>7728837
I'm aiming for two hours a day, and if I have any more spare time than that, I make use of it. I remember to take breaks inbetween each hour of just shy of ten minutes, drinking water and a cup of coffee, maybe. That's the time I browse this site and such. Some days are more busy than others, but a 10 minute study is worth 10 times more than nothing. I don't beat myself up about it if I don't reach 2 hours a day, though. Also, having a goal for each session is a must. If I don't feel "inspired" an hour of copying Hampton or Bridgman usually gets me going. That, and refs.

Thanks for the compliment. I do enjoy looking at collages more than just a before and after. It gives a better sense of the scale required to achieve something, even though most of my early stuff has been lost. And yes, the Weichun book is amazing. I particularly enjoy deconstructing the featured artist, and gathering whatever information I can learn from copying their works.
>>7728928
It seems like it, but for every drawing there, I've probably had to draw that two or three times. One head study could be repeated for hours until I could get my head wrapped around what I was looking at. It was very much a brawn instead of brain approach in the beginning, and I wouldn't recommend it. It almost sucked all the fun out of drawing, but I'm glad I stuck with it. The thing to remember is, this is merely a snapshot, and I have had to do countless of drawings, physically and digitally beforehand. The image shows one of my early successes from May. I didn't know what made it good, but I knew it was a step in the right direction. I was still very much relying on art style over skills, but a success is a success. I'm a bit sad about the fact I didn't save too much of my earlier works (the ones in dark grey) as they should be roughly 2/3 of the total sum of everything I've ever made, especially the sucky line drawings. Oh, well.

The design draws a ton of attention to the upper body area so the legs don't matter too much, if you want to give the impression that she's fast/quick on her feet then keep them unarmored
I like the scythe
The armor itself is pretty neat. Heads as shoulder guards goes hard as though they're spitting/choking up the arms which helps the demonic aesthetic you're going for here
Crown itself is kind of hard to notice, her horns are taking up all the space/attention so it could use work to bring it out more

Experiment with other colors like paint or gemstones to help make it more distinctive
>>
>>7729147
She looks badass but maybe a bit generic. "Demon girl with scythe" has been done 10000 times. I do like her armor, and her mouth being a third bleeding eyeball, that shit is creepy. You could lean into that, like she's something beyond comprehension wearing a human costume.

It's a bit wonky, yeah. I'm a teacher by trade, an arts history teacher believe it or not. It's a bit like being a critic vs an actual artist, as I've always enjoyed consuming art in all forms, from classics to contemporary. The irony was, I studied the arts in order to teach but without any ability to recognise the work behind the pieces, like a hypocrite. If you've ever seen a movie made by a movie critic (critical drinker being an extremely entertaining example of sheer incompetence) then you'll know what I mean. There are lots of other examples, like a gamer but cannot make games, etc. I made a study plan for myself, like I would my own students, and stuck to it. My goal is to teach others the skills to make stuff themselves, as I do highly enjoy teaching others what I know.
For now, that means learning how to draw, then composition, colors and such will come at a later point.

It is really fucking depressing seeing the talentfags get good within a year or less posting amidst the permabegs and other dregs who draw squiggly shit with no foundations, fundamentals, skill or even straight fucking lines.
Its like seeing prime George Foreman killing a special eds classroom full of spastics.
Like holy fuck. Seeing someone able to draw what they want, how they want and with skill and talent next to some fucker drawing some shitty scribbled messy kid getting his dick cut off who has invested 5 more years than the talentfag's mere months is fucking depressing.
Just proof that some are born for it and some are permabegs.

Here's to another page filled with finished drawings and a couple of studies. Some of it good, alot of it bad. Onto the next page's subject: Just feet.
>>7729247
It has it's ups and downs like any other job, but it's a living, as they say.
>>7729242
brilliant work on the face, though tthe volume on the legs are a bit off. Nice feet, which is better than I can say. It's nice to feel cocky after a few studies, that way you'll test yourself to see, what you need to focus on. If you want to draw better hair, I advice you to not stick too closely to the subject. It's all about getting the flow right. An interesting drawing is better than a true 1:1, otherwise you might as well just take a screenshot. Again, great work.
>>7729243
If you're going to use a mouse, maybe take a look at Inkscape. It was one of the programs I tried out in the beginning, and it's got some pretty decent features for linework with a mouse, I believe.

I do have a childhood dream of producing my own comics and such. That would be cool, and it's something I can do in my spare time. At this point, producing a lot of original works can bog you down, a /beg/ trap if you will, though I do have some. I guess it stems from my classical idea of how to go about learning the subject. It's always a good idea to work from a ref, and producing original works are more performative than anything else, learning-wise. It will happen next year, I've told myself. I'm in the works of a couple of scripts, a couple of them outlined from start to finish, and I'm in the talks with some friends that are writers to collab on a few of them.

If it's purely drawing you want to do, like what I mostly do, then I can recommend Krita, as it works on Linux natively. I'd also recommend getting a drawing tablet. I've tried a couple, and so far the Gaomon MK10 Pro is a pretty decent budget choice, though I'm sceptical on how well it works on Linux. I'm upgrading to a Wacom Intous Pro Large 2013. I found it for 40 bucks almost unused. Check ebay listings for cheap, high quality tablets.

It's one of those "If I have a good drawing tablet, I can draw super good!" situations, and having too much disposable income. It makes me sad for them, and I'm glad I stuck with my Gaomon, truly. >It's one of those "If I have a good drawing tablet, I can draw super good!" situations, and having too much disposable income.
Partially me, I spent like a cumulative 800 bucks on drawing-related tech despite barely being /beg/. My excuse is that I'm also a tech guy and I enjoy drawing enough to make the money spent worthwhile.
Having pricy tech doesn't make you better, but it doesn't make you worse either, and as long as you actually make use of your stuff you'll get your money's worth out of it eventually.
>>
>>7729286
Nothing wrong with being a techie person. I'm switching to Linux soon as well, and I will always praise iPads to the sky, even though I also own a Teclast Artpad pro for reading graphic novels and books. I used to be a big BlackBerry fanatic, so I get it. Expensive stuff is gives more headroom to grow, which is also important to remember.

I do prefer screenless tablets, and the Wacom one was a definite contender. Still, I wanted touch features such as mouse control, as I keep having to swing my arm around to control my mouse for finer movements. Getting a larger one was just because of the listing and not out of any need for bigger work area. I too find express keys to be a massive gimmick, and I prefer using custom options such as controllers, but I mostly stick to keyboards.
>>
>>7729301
I probably couldn't get used to drawing on glass or whatever because of the surface, also the insane cost. Plus on the screenless tab I found out it's much better to fuckin tape a piece of paper over it so it's not plastic on plastic violence, it helps to reduce annoying screeches or gliding when it's bare.

Does anyone know any perspective grids for paperbros? I know you can use basically anything in CSP or Photoshop, but since I draw mainly for myself and on 11x17 paper I was kind of picturing a few plastic sheet perspective grids that you can just put underneath your drawing page to block out the perspective for a particular scene or drawing. I was thinking to just go into CSP (you can do it all for free iirc) and use the tools to create a few large images, basically like 6 or 7 different perspectives (worm eye, bird eye, 1 point center/left/right, etc) and seeing if I could have it printed but idk.

Thank you for your feedback! I want to bring my reasoning behind current arms position and proportions.

The length of upper arm bone is the same as length of rib cage (as it should).

The end of left (from our perspective) clavicle goes deep behind, so bobs basically covers that deltoid muscle. Also the position the shoulders this way helps with the "line of action" that matches one of the swords (pale pink line)

>>
>>7729517
Studying heads as a complete subject is a culmination of whatever you've learned. Breaking things down into manageable segments is what's needed, and in order to do that, you need to have a concept of how the individual elements play together, both in relation to eachother and how they are warped by perspective. Try drawing a box in the shape of a nose, and you'll see my point.
>>
>>7729253
Thanks for the feedback anon, it was actually your attempt that inspired me to try the challenge myself.

Legs are a bit of a weakness for me, I haven't done any leg studies yet, so I don't really have a strong understanding of the forms. I guess leg studies will be on today's agenda then.

Hair is tough for me, I haven't done eye or lip studies either, but I can just draw what I see and it works out as long as I spend enough time on positioning and proportion. Hair is too detailed and fine for that, so I need to find a way to simplify or stylize it that I'm happy with as opposed to just winging it.

>>
>>7729544
The only reason I can draw a passable head is because I've quite literally drawn it over a thousand times by now. The middle line of the circle is roughly the top of the brow. Then you determine where to place the chin (eyeballing it at this point), and at the halfway point between those two is the lowest part of the nose. Halfway between the lowest part of the nose and the lowest part of the chin is the middle line of the mouth's placement. A the halfway point between the lowest part of the nose and the top part of the brow is the lowest part of the eye socket. It took me forever to figure that out. Placing the rest of it has become like drawing "connect the dots" games on the backside of a cereal box. Just take it slow and don't draw faster than your mind can calculate.

You can’t just chicken scratch Loomis heads over and over and expect to get better. You have to understand why those proportions exist, and how certain parts of the face interact in 3 dimensions, (e.g. how the eye sits in the eye socket). People in these threads say “you have to draw fast” and it’s just not true when you’re trying to learn. Take your time and think about the relationships of different parts of the face as you draw them.

As a side note, Loomis is great but you should try drawing front-facing Reilly heads, they really help you understand the musculature of the face better.

When you posted your attempts, everyone praised you, when I posted my heads, everyone was silent, even if they were better, these creatures would be silent, I can’t draw heads like that, I tried for a long time to understand the head

What's the point of these 'gesture drawings' some artists do? is it just to imbue 'directionality' in figures? when I try to draw figures I just try to copy the pose exactly as it is and put it to paper, but I see a lot of riffraff about directionality and making the figure look dynamic. Is that a necessity for good figure drawing?

You draw frantic and without confidence. You’re putting down 10 lines down hoping and praying one of them will look good. I seriously recommend putting on some chill music and taking deep breaths and just drawing big, bold lines. Take your time with it. Doing this will cause you to make mistakes that you can actually recognize and then you will learn from them. But if you just scratch random bullshit everywhere you won’t even know what you’re doing wrong.

I felt the same way and then I drew a few faces with the Reilly method and now I kinda understand it. I would draw pages of eyes without thinking of how they actually fit into a face. You don’t want to use the Reilly method to draw faces, you want to use it to study the relationships of facial proportions and musculature. It basically simplifies the planes of a face in a rhythmic, smooth manner instead of the blockiness of Loomis. So you can apply your knowledge of those planes to Loomis (when you’re trying to draw something that isn’t the Buddha) and have a more natural looking face.

pencils are advanced tools

you can achieve the same with a pen in one fifth of the time, you just have to learn to hatch, distance the lines properly to make it work

New figure drawing I made, borked proportions. I think I erased and drew over the waist area about 15 times. Next time's the charm.
>>
Latest figure drawing. I overshaded the bottom and it ended up looking very messy. Proportions kinda off. Shoulder blades overdefined. Face/head butchered (might need a pen with less ink, and more practice on inking faces). Didn't define the arching back well and the depth between the foreground side plane to the final outline of the body. Also got the perspective on the waist area completely wrong.

>>
>>7730135
Accuracy is a loaded word. If you want an accurate recording of your environment, then take a photo. Easy as. Otherwise, it's about capturing the feel of the subject. Not a portrait, but if you study the difference between these two artworks, you'll start to see massive differences in focus and framing. Also https://realismtoday.com/painting-from-photographs/

Stuff like the bargue method or Dorian Iten's accuracy guide exist for this very reason

>>
>>7730136
Sounds like a skill issue on your part, man
>>
>>7730149
I'm still a beg, but one whose pretty decent at ref drawing. The more I draw, the less I'm using plumb and level lines and it's very rare that I actually do any measuring any more unless it's something super finicky like capturing likeness on a realistic face. Getting an accurate drawing comes noticeably faster and my initial "vibes" attempt at capturing proportions is usually way closer to reality with more minor revisions.

At some point, it becomes more intuitive and automated, at least in my experience.
>>
>>7730156
on second thought, this one is shit, even for me. I think I was interrupted too many times while drawing
>>
>>7730158
Yeah I agree, since I started seriously trying to get better I've done only 5 studies (10 or so total in my life) and while they turned out ok I see a lot of room for improvement if I draw with purpose to avoid mistakes (not taking breaks, seeing the overall picture from afar, not picking up subtle contours on the reference etc)

>>
>>7730135
yes I think so, just practice it a bunch, pay attention to angles, and where things line up in the reference versus your paper. There is some kind of /int/ technique of doing this with curves but it requires a really good eye for that stuff that I don't have yet.

>measuring and rulers
there are styles of classical drawing that measure a lot too
>>
>>7730148
I know Loomis is the recommended approach generally, as it's the most rigidly clear and concise option out of most other methods. A lot of people find comfort in the precision of a step-by-step guide. I never found my footing using it, and I've made my own fork of the Frank Reilly method and Michael Hampton's own interpretation of how to construct a head. I've found this to be much more flexible, and I can easily avoid the "same face" syndrome a lot of beginning artists experience. It also works in many different styles, as the foundation just that, something to build on top of. No matter how successful or not my heads have been (most likely down to stylistic choices), I would definitely recommend trying out different methods to see what you like, and begin from there. Mix and match to see what you like from whom.

>>
>>7730148
>>7730196
As an additional note, this is also why I include my initial sketches, as a reminder to myself as to how I've interpreted the foundation in comparison to my results. "Which choice made sense", "how can I refine the angle here and there", "next time, would it be better to shade or use lines", menial stuff like that. I'm constantly iterating, and this method has worked for me for the longest while, though switching it up every once in a while helps you to avoid stagnating and progress at a much faster rate.

Fine. Can't help the blind. Everything is off, "nigga". Perspective is all over the place, the mouth is too far to the right and looks like duck-face, and the eyes are off tilt and (yet again) massive amounts of perspective issues. Have fun.

>>
>>7730475
heres a pic of them together, might be ai im not sure but i couldnt find another one quickly.
id recommend watching it if you ever find yourself bored. its a good anime. im old too, i can assure you its fun even for old people
>>
i hate art
>>
Do you think it's bad practice to use very minor assistance from ai when learning to draw? I piped my figure through controlnet, and look which parts machine made more better and try to copy and remember.
>>
>>7730484
I'll be sure to check it out. Weekend's coming up, and I haven't much planned other than drawing and evenings with the missus.
>>7730489
If you know how to draw, AI is basically an advanced stock photo tool useful for photobashing. I've seen a couple of people do that to great effect, but I'd definitely advice against using in order to become a better artist yourself when learning.
>>
>>7730489
Personally that's not something I would get into the habit of doing. If your only objective is to make something look better, then it's sort of akin to tracing. Will it work? Sure. Will you understand why and how it looks better after the ai assist? Fuck no, and you'll really have no way to verifying accuracy or understanding why it changed things the way it did.

It's like the opposite of doing a study. Short term benefit for long term stunting. Whereas a study is basically the short term struggle for long term benefit.
>>
>>7730483
I was going to give bluesky a try but when I search anything on there it's nonstop gay porn and furries. I don't understand
did you promote your second account on your main one or started from scratch?
>>
>>7730497
I think you can create your own costum feed so you filter out things you don't care for/don't want to see. I don't have enough of a following to make it worth it to funnel em into my new accounts so I just started em from scratch.
>>
How would you resist the temptation to draw coombait or art for gooners in general? I'm still very much a low-beginner, so I don't really share the same mindset as more skilled and advanced artists have. How do you not succumb to the temptation and how do you find inspiration that is not erotic in its nature?
>>
does grinding faces over and over actually make you good at faces?
with grinding i mean copying and not using loomis and other beg traps

You haven't missed anything. Modern anime is so fucking GARBAGE and zoomer manga is somehow even 10 times worse. Actual untalented mangakakas drawing on top of models.

Anime artistry is dead alongside it's western counterpart, ironically it also started with CGI just like the west. Also bebop is not THAT old, you could've started with mazinger, a lot of my friends/excoworkers from the 80s love mazinger.

Very beautiful style you have. I’m really excited to see your growth. Do you have a particular type of art you plan on making with what you learn from figures? As for critique I think more like weight variety would go a long way, as well as maybe some darks (such as the hair). I think the contrast would create more appeal overall but it’s your choice of course

Is Paint Tool Sai inherently faster than CSP? I feel on the latter that even on the most basic of brush settings with no stabilization the line lags behind my cursor. It's more noticeable when drawing fast circles or long lines fast.

I don't want to directly respond, but how come some people "study" or copy and don't draw something that is anywhere near resembling what they see: wrong angles, bends that aren't there, different structure, proportions way out of whack.

Ah, yes. That I can completely relate to. Your anatomical correctness in your first draft is good, as simplified forms go, though the pectoralis major needs to point more upwards towards your deltoids, like with your red-lining rendition. I'd love to see it finished, It's really good.
>>
>>7730914
I used to do that and it was because of the idea that a study is lesser than an actual illustration so I would just scribble something in 20 minutes that roughly resembled the ref having learned little to nothing. I'm still not good but I've made some gains now after discovering accuracy

Your second day back at it is better than mine were. I took a screencap for you to see. Keep at it, I think you're doing great. Nice job on your proportions. At some point, it will become as easy as pie, believe me. Also, have you considered doing more gestures?
>>
>>7731026
Thank you anon! Don't put yourself down though yours are good too! You're pretty good at the lower half of the body, which is what I struggle with. In your screencap you've got the fullness/roundess of the buttocks down and the rhythm of the legs is good. I really struggle with those things in particular
>>
>>7731032
Thank you, fella. I'm a bit further along now, but I didn't even noticed that before you pointed it out just now. That's suprising to me. Still, I really appreciate the compliment, and it would have been nice to know that back then little over a year ago. It's all about getting the flow right, which is why I asked about you possibly doing gestures.

Unironically, paint is the fastest, if you want that. I'm using Krita myself, it's brush engine is extremely good, but it's a bit counterintuitive to learn. I've tried both Clip Studio Paint and Paint Tool Sai, and I couldn't really get into them. I just need my software to resemble Photoshop the slightest, then I'm good. Affinity Photo is also good, but stabilized brushes are a must, as it's definitely not made for painting.

Wait that's you?? I saw that before and was blown away, I was going to reply that there's no way in hell you're /beg/

I admire people who sit down and study the actual muscles and details. My attention span is too crap to do all that, and I get bored easily.

As for gestures, I haven't done them for a while but have started practicing them again. My goal is to draw anime-style illustrations that actually look decent, rather than fucked up
>>
>>7731059
Haha thanks anon, I’m glad you like them Trad is always the way to go imo
>>
>>7731083
Yep. As I've mentioned before, I only really began drawing when I bought Krita in October, but I dabbled in other softwares before that in September last year. Drawing has a compound effect, especially if you practice 3 dimensional forms (cylinders especially, cubes and cones/pyramids) in conjunction with gestures and perspective. I've literally done nothing else than draw, work out, print minis and read books (Worm took up a massive amount of that, though). Ask me to draw a car, and I'll have to look up references. That being said, humans form their environment in reflection to itself and it's understanding. A moped is basically a few planes, a box and two wheels, that sort of thing. I could go on.
>>
>>7730534
I think you should study Loomis’ figure drawing book anon. Also work on lines. Do some warm ups of some straight lines and boxes in perspective before you draw every day
>>
>>7730914
ppl used to ask me this a lot and the answer was because I was exclusively using shit like this as refs for like 3 months

That's a classic, I'm starting out copying stuff and get so into it I forget to take small breaks which causes me to notice errors after I'm finished.
>>
>>7731279
I don't really clean up my sketches. Usually, I do a first pass and try my best to see, what I'm about to draw and feel the forms. I then deliberately delete the sketch, and I go about slowly analyzing the image to see if I can replicate my understanding rather than the reference I'm using.
A lot of the times, if it's particularly easy, I don't do an initial sketch, because I already know what goes where.

Look at the art book for any video game and it’ll completely kill your drive to play the game . In my eyes, art direction is better than being a player

Drawing has killed my other hobbies and social life. Not really complaining though since it's what I want to do.
I don't even play video games anymore with exception to a gacha game but that only takes about 15 minutes of my time a day. When Hades 2 releases next week I might try it, but I feel like I'm done with games for good.

Hey I'm a total newfag when it comes to art and drawing, I've never drawn in my life before, but I've been wanting to start a hobby instead of just playing video games.

So I have a question that I was hoping maybe someone here can answer for me. Would something like proko drawing basics be a good place to start or is there a better starting point?
>>
>>7732039
Yeah proko's a good start but do check the sticky since that's a one-stop solution to what you may or may not want to learn
